Feature Summary

Column Definitions:

Report = New or modified, Oracle-delivered, ready to run reports.

UI or Process-Based: Small Scale = These UI or process-based features are typically comprised of minor field, validation, or program changes. Therefore, the potential impact to users is minimal.

UI or Process-Based: Larger Scale* = These UI or process-based features have more complex designs. Therefore, the potential impact to users is higher.

Features Delivered Disabled = Action is needed BEFORE these features can be used by END USERS. These features are delivered disabled and you choose if and when to enable them. For example, a) new or expanded BI subject areas need to first be incorporated into reports, b) Integration is required to utilize new web services, or c) features must be assigned to user roles before they can be accessed.

Ready for Use by End Users
(Feature Delivered Enabled)

Reports plus Small Scale UI or Process-Based new features will have minimal user impact after an update. Therefore, customer acceptance testing should focus on the Larger Scale UI or Process-Based* new features.

Customer Must Take Action before Use by End Users
(Feature Delivered Disabled)

Not disruptive as action is required to make these features ready to use. As you selectively choose to leverage, you set your test and roll out timing.

Disability Self-Identification Form Available Only in Rich Text Format

The more accessible Rich Text document format is now the only document format available when editing the Disability Self-Identification form. The Resizable Image document format option has been removed.

The Rich Text document format improves overall accessibility in all aspects of how a screen reader and a browser user interact with the Disability Self-Identification Form.

The following two forms are now in Rich Text document format only:

  • USA_DISABILITY_WITHEEID_EXP.30-04-2026
  • USA_DISABILITY_WITHOUTEEID_EXP.30-04-2026

While there aren't any steps required to enable this feature, follow the steps below to edit, activate and deactivate the Self-Identification forms:

  1. Go to Configuration and click on Administration under the Career Section section.
  2. Click on Documents under the Documents section.
  3. Click on either USA_DISABILITY_WITHEEID_EXP.30-04-2026 or USA_DISABILITY_WIHTOUTEEID_EXP.30-04-2026 to select which you'd like to configure.
  4. Click Edit next to Properties or Activate or Deactivate at the top of the page to the right of the page name.

Streamlines the user experience by providing only the more accessible Rich Text document format option and removing the Resizable Image document format.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

At upgrade, the Disability Self-Identification forms are in Draft status and Inactive. The document must be Inactive to enable editing but then must be Active for your users to access.
