Easily Create Identity Cloud Service Groups

It's now easier to create Identity Cloud Service Groups that are tied to B2B Service roles using a simple setup task. Use this feature to create the required Customer Self-Service User and Customer Self-Service Account Administrator groups, as well as any additional groups you may need. Creating IDCS groups for use in B2B Service is simpler, more efficient, and less error prone.

Validate Self-Service Optimization Setup

Validate your Self-Service Optimization setup. Select the tests you want to run and receive a report detailing missing or incorrect values enabling you to easily correct the setup. This feature, available as a Functional Setup Manager task, makes it easy for you to ensure that you have successfully set up Self-Service Optimization.
