Filter Self-Assigned Life Events Using Eligibility Profiles
Improve self-assigned life events to use eligibility so that employee will be allowed to self-assign an event only if eligibility criteria, like location or organization, is met.
Store Additional Plan Configuration Documents
Enable storage of benefit documents like summary plan design, rate sheets, and more by Benefit Program.
Improved Features in Rates Spreadsheets
Improve rate search by removing limitations. Currently, both the standard and variable rates spreadsheet loaders have certain limitations that make them difficult to use in an efficient manner for large scale, high volume organizations. For the standard rate loader, adding “Plan Name” and “Option Name” significantly enhances the usability and efficiency of the tool. Every year healthcare providers go through an open enrollment change process, rates change across several different functions and at times the quantity of changes being made can be an overwhelming volume.
Tax Year Display in HSA and FSA Calculators
Improve calculators by adding a tax year feature to forecast next years payments on health and flexible savings plans.
Show Active Plans, Plan Types, and Options by Default
Improve viewing a program by hiding inactive plan and plan types. For some customers, the number of inactive plans is large and the list of plans is difficult to work with So, to make plans in a program easier to manage and work with, the enhancement is to only display "active" plans in a program by default. To view and manage inactive plans, Benefits Administrators can switch back and forth between viewing all and active plans only.
Move Back the Effective Start Date of Options and Options in Plan
Allow customers to move the effective start date of options back to a period for which the option can be used in a prior year. This most happens during open enrollment when customers try to enroll someone when the option does not have an earliest effective start date.
Group Waive Options Together in Confirmation and Benefits Summary Page
Improve the confirmation page display by allowing sorting of order for plan display.
