Manage Beneficiaries for Hidden Life Events in Self-Service Benefits
Designate or change beneficiaries using the anytime beneficiary flow for life events that are not visible in Employee Benefits Self-Service. For example, employees can now designate beneficiaries for life events like salary change, which are not usually visible on self-service. Because they can cause new eligibility into life insurance plans or update life insurance coverage and employee might want to designate or change designation due to this life event being processed.
Display Primary Care Physician for Processed Life Events
View your primary care physician designations in a read-only manner in Employee Benefits Self-Service Benefits when a life event is closed, or when there is no active life event for the current enrollment period. Once the life event is moved to the Processed status, changes to the primary care physician designations will not be allowed. This behavior will continue to remain the same, but the employee can view their existing designations.
Benefits Open Enrollment Diagnostic Report
Run Open Enrollment Diagnostic Report to assist in the review and triage of open enrollment configuration to discover and resolve issues.
Improved Person Change Causes Life Event Formula
Use of the newly added input values to the Person Change Causes Life Event formula. This enhancement allows the formulas to work in correction mode.
Use Guided Journeys for Benefits
Remember in Update 22B of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Resources, we delivered the Guided Journeys feature. This feature allowed customers to configure help information in the form of videos, text, documents, and so on for the whole page or for each section of the page and for the whole action. You can now configure to add guided journeys to the following pages in Self-Service Benefits:
- Before You Enroll: Page-level and section-level guided journey
- Benefits Election Overview: Page-level guided journey
Cancel Pending Actions in Self-Service Benefits
Allow employees to resolve pending actions that miss certifications in the self-service pages. They can declare that they can’t provide the certificates for various reasons.
