Individual Compensation

Honor Individual Compensation Allocations in Job Offers when Multiple Element Entries Aren't Allowed

Copy individual compensation plan payments to the current assignment while processing an internal candidate's job offer. For these internal offers, the copy now occurs even when these conditions exist:

  • The person already has the same individual compensation plan in their current assignment.
  • The underlying element setup for the existing plan doesn't allow the creation of multiple element entries for the recurring element.

In earlier releases, you get a processing error because of the restriction against multiple element entries.

Workforce Compensation

Added Columns for Administer Workers View

View the full range of worksheet columns in the Administer Workers view.

Change in Predefined Alert When Primary Hierarchy Is Refreshed

Retain the predefined alert “Worksheet manager does not match line manager” when the Primary Hierarchy source is set to something other than Primary Worksheet Manager. Running the Refresh Workforce Compensation Data including the “Refresh primary manager hierarchy” parameter caused this alert to clear.

Disable Withdraw Worksheet Submission

Disable managers ability to withdraw their plan changes after they submit them.

Post Compensation Amounts to Simple Components

Post and distribute compensation amounts among the editable simple components by salary basis through user-defined configuration.

Update Of Information Icon In Worksheet Header

See a new information icon in the worksheet header. We updated the icon to a circle “i” icon instead of the circle “?” icon.

Update of Worksheet Approvals Task

Use new configuration options within the Approvals task setup to reduce manager confusion and streamline the approvals process.  The new configuration options include things such as enabling or disabling Request for Information, Change Access for Managers, and Export to Workbook task actions.

View Additional Eligibility Information

Use additional information provided in the Test Eligibility Profile feature at the plan and component level to better test your plan or component level eligibility.  The same information is also available in the Worker Eligibility Details report in View Administration Reports and lets you to view eligibility data from batch processing.

Grade Step Progression

All Assignments for a Person Included in the Same Grade Step Progression Batch Process Thread

Streamline updates to people with multiple concurrent assignments in grade step progression processes. We changed the way the Accept Updates child process, used by grade step progression batch processes, groups assignments into threads. It now handles all assignments for a person in the same thread.

Total Compensation Statement

Total Compensation - Person Communication Address Columns

Support the use of all person mailing address columns in the rich text format template.

Total Compensation Item - Monetary Unit of Measure

Streamline creation of fewer compensation items by using this more flexible solution. You no longer need to create separate items based on currency alone.
