Configurable Business Title Switcher in Compensation Info and My Compensation
Identify the appropriate assignment easily by using the REST list of values for Business Title. You can also configure additional attributes for display and search.
View Market Composite Details in Compensation Info
View market composite details in the Compensation Info action. Based on market composite setup you can view the details for the job or position, and location or segment. For example, for the job and location of the person you can view the composites and details that are applicable.
Include Document Records in Salary Proposals 
Attach supporting document records while submitting responsive salary proposals of Change Salary and Salary History actions. Approvers can review the attachments while they're deciding whether to approve or reject the proposal. After approval, the attachments are available in the individual's employment document records.
Validate Your Salary Approval Processes
Validate your salary approval process rules and approver lists for the Manage Salary, Administer Salary, and Salary History processes.
View Individual Compensation Input Value Details in Individual Compensation Sections and on Pages
View the input values of the individual compensation proposals in the summary section, without clicking Edit.
Check Integrity of All Individual Compensation Plans Introduction
Check the integrity of all individual compensation plans with a single click. Starting with Update 21A, you could check the integrity of each individual plan. Now you can check it for all plans.
Validate Your Individual Compensation Approval Processes
Validate your individual compensation approval process rules and approver lists for Manage Personal Contribution, Manage Individual Compensation, and Administer Individual Compensation processes.
Action in Transaction Design Studio is Corrected to Individual Compensation
View action name as Individual Compensation while configuring Transaction Design Studio rules. In previous releases, it was showing as Manage Compensation.
New Budget Validation Options When Allocating Compensation 
Use new allocation validation options to prevent managers from submitting plans when they're outside of their budget amounts.
Filter Workforce Compensation Worksheet Setup Columns
Use the new filters to filter worksheet setup columns by group, setup configuration, or display name. Groups include:
- Personal
- Alerts
- Employment
- Salary Information, and so on.
Setup configuration filters include choices such as:
- Disabled
- Enabled
- With Dynamic Calculations
- With Default Value, and so on.
Include Allocations of 0 in Summary Totals 
Use a new configuration property on the compensation amount columns that counts allocations of 0 in summary totals.
Create Optional Standard Component as a Part of Workforce Compensation Transfer
Update a person's salary to include an optional standard component that was not part of their current salary record during the Workforce Compensation Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR process.
Removal of Defaulted Column Configuration
In creating a new plan, only the Worker Name column is enabled by default for the following task types:
- Compensation
- Detail Table Only
- Promotion
- Performance
Administrators need to explicitly choose other columns to be displayed in these worksheet tasks.
View Grade Step Changes In Promotion Counts 
View grade step changes in promotion reports, summary views and analytics.
Use Grade Step Values in Compensation Change Statements 
Use the new attributes to show people their changed grade steps in compensation change statements.
View Additional Person Information On Worker Statement Actions Report
View person and assignment number in the Worker Statement Actions report in View Administration Reports.
Graphical Salary Range and Salary Range Differentials Display in Grade Step Progression
Visualize current and proposed salaries when reviewing grade step progression results. The detail page includes a graphical display of salary ranges. And ranges are now adjusted when the salary basis configuration includes salary range differentials.
Default Salary from Grade Ladder When There's a Future Salary Record 
Complete salary updates in fewer steps. Now, you can default a person's salary from the grade ladder, in HR actions when there's a future salary record.
Grade Step Progression Diagnostics
Find and correct data errors related to grade step progression processes using a new diagnostic test.
Total Compensation Statement: Payroll Balance Enhancements
Extend your ability to display payroll balances in Total Compensation Statements, by using the additional dimension level period types of Fiscal year to date, Inception to date, and Rolling 12 months.
