It is important for you to know what Release Update your environment is on. You can find this in your Cloud Portal.

Oracle Dynamic Skills enables organizations to better understand and grow their talent with an always-current well-defined and tailored skills data set. The solution makes use of your organizational data to automatically identify, infer, and recommend skills for people, jobs and other skills related resources. With Dynamic Skills you have a continuously updated view into the ever-evolving skills to effectively connect people to opportunities and to plan and execute against your current and future business agility and success needs. Oracle Dynamic Skills is a separately sold product.
Enable employees to align with business and career development needs through adaptive and continuous management of skills in the employee Skills Center, the manager Team Skills Center, and the use of Skills Advisor across Oracle Cloud HCM.
The employee Skills Center:
- Utilizes the Oracle HCM Skills Advisor to present system-generated skill suggestions based on your job and existing skill set, enabling you to add skills to your profile in a consistent manner.
- Presents suggestions to drive connections and skill development opportunities to fuel your growth.
- Supports validation of individual skills through co-worker endorsements and development activities, thereby fostering a sense of community and engagement.
- Is accessible on your device of choice, including desktop and mobile.
The manager Team Skills Center:
- Helps you enhance your team's skill strength by creating core skills.
- Helps you monitor progress on skill achievement by core, role, and other skills.
- Assesses skill strength across your entire organization.
Skills Advisor supports ongoing updates and management of skills across Oracle HCM:
- Enables employees to add skills that they have and skills they want to develop as part of their career development.
- Suggests skills that will strengthen a candidate’s job application.
- Helps hiring managers add relevant skills when authoring job requisitions.
- Makes it easier to find and attract talent by suggesting skills needed for a gig.
- Allows HR teams to easily add and update skills for a job profile.
