HCM Cloud applications have two types of patches you can receive that are documented in this New Feature Summary:
- Release Updates (22A, 22B, 22C, and 22D)
- Optional Monthly Maintenance Packs to each update
It is important for you to know what Release Update your environment is on. You can find this in your Cloud Portal.

Manager Edits Core Skill Assignments on Team Skills Center
Enable managers to edit core skill level required of their team members and unassign core skills if they are no longer applicable to certain team members, from with Team Skills Center.
Admin Purges Endorsements and Recalculates Skill Confirmations
Enable administrators to purge endorsements from terminated workers and recalculate skill confirmations on worker profiles, using the following options on the background process "Manage Skill Endorsements and Confirmations" :
- Remove endorsements from terminated workers whose profiles have been purged (removed) from the system, and recalculate the skill confirmations on worker profiles
- Remove endorsements from all terminated workers regardless of whether their profiles have been purged (removed) from the system, and recalculate the skill confirmations on worker profiles
- Recalculate all skill confirmations without removing any endorsements
- Process all the above changes together.
