Autocomplete Rule for Document Records Business Object
Improve productivity and save time by using the additional Validate Document Record Publish Date is After Current Date rule for validation in the Document Records flow.
Autocomplete Rules in Position and Job Business Objects Based on Current and Proposed Values
Enhance the user experience to author new autocomplete rules based on current and proposed values in position and job business objects with improved capabilities.
Autocomplete Rules for Person Contact Relationship Business Object 
Improve the user experience and prevent the entry of duplicate contacts by using the delivered rules on the person contact relationship. Choose from validation rules based on the contact's last name, date of birth, relationship type, national identifier, or a combination of them.
Prefill Document Record Attributes by Scanning an Attachment
Simplify document record creation by allowing users to prefill document record attributes by scanning them from an attachment. For example, you can scan the attributes that you want from an attachment and prefill them in the Document Details page without having to manually enter the values.
Change Publish Date for Existing Document Records 
Allow users to modify the publish date for existing document records directly from the Document Records page.
View Source of Document Record Creation
Enable users to view how the document record was created. This information is available on the Document Records landing page.
Display Edit Icon for Document Delivery Preferences Based on Access
View the Edit icon for managing delivery preferences of a document record only if you have manage access for the document record.
Display of Reference Info Attachments Streamlined in Document Records
Simplify the display of Reference Info attachments on the Document Records page. Only the attachment file names are now displayed without other details, such as the name of the user who uploaded the Reference Info attachments and the date and time the Reference Info attachments were uploaded.
Configurable Workers LoV Available on Employment Pages
Enhance your ability to configure the Search and Display and Search Only fields for worker search on the responsive employment flows.
Additional Filter Using Employee Location Attribute for Client-Side Location LOV
Enhance your ability to additionally filter the client-side Location list of values (LoV) on responsive employment pages based on the Employee Location attribute value. This attribute value is set on the responsive Location Details page.
Simulate Employment Approval Rules
Simulate and test employment approval rules on the Approval Rules page in the Transaction Console. You can now test rules without having to recreate and submit any new transactions. This enhances the approval rules creation and testing process.
Introduction of New Approval Payload for Standard Component Salary Basis Type and Other Enhancements
Improve configuration of approval rules for the standard component salary basis type. You can do this by using the new Worker's Salary Simple Component Details approval payload and its corresponding attributes in all applicable employment approval processes. A new Crud Operation attribute is also added under the Worker's Salary Details approval payload.
Standard Component Attributes and Other Enhancements for Employment Notifications
Enhance employment approval notifications by now having an option to display additional salary attributes. The enhancement includes these features:
- Attributes for the Standard Component salary basis type are now available in the notification data model.
- Performance improvement for common salary attributes.
- Addition of the Next Salary Review Date attribute out-of-the-box in seeded employment notifications.
V3 Termination and Resignation 
Enhance terminations and resignations in Global Human Resources by using the new version 3 (V3) Terminate Employment and Resign from Employment pages. HR Specialists and Line Managers can use the Terminate Employment page and Employees and Contingent Workers can use the Resign from Employment page. The new termination page uses assignment-level security which means that you can only terminate an assignment for which you have access. You can terminate the work relationship only if you have access to all the assignments in the work relationship. Based on your access privilege, the application will automatically display the termination page that you can use.
In the current V2 pages, you can only terminate or resign from the whole work relationship. However, the new V3 termination pages gives you an option to terminate or resign either from the whole work relationship or a specific assignment (if you have more than one assignment).
Note: If you are already using the assignment-level security feature, you can consider to opt-in for V3 termination.
These are the features available in the new V3 termination pages:
- You have the option to either terminate a work relationship with all its assignments or just a specific assignment in a work relationship.
- You can resign from a whole work relationship or from a specific assignment in a work relationship. You can’t terminate an assignment that you don’t have access to because of built-in assignment-level security.
- You can view the termination and resignation details for a work relationship or assignment based on your access after you perform a termination or resignation.
- Correct assignment and work relationship termination.
- Reverse assignment and work relationship termination.
- Withdraw assignment and work relationship resignation.
- Approvals support for termination and resignation pages.
- Notification content support for termination and resignation pages.
- HCM Experience Design Studio support for termination and resignation pages.
- Assignment-level security and person-level security support for termination and resignation pages.
- Assignment descriptive flexfields (DFF and DDF) are included for single assignment and single assignment work relationship terminations. Additionally, extensible flexfields (EFF) are also included for additional assignment information.
- In addition to the Change Assignment page, users can also use the Terminate Employment page to end assignments that they have access to.
- You can access termination details for end assignment actions.
Added Security for Withdrawing Resignations
Control the Withdraw Resignation button on the View Resignation page by using a dedicated security privilege.
Secure Viewing of Global Journeys
Restrict viewing of global journey templates on the Explore tab of the Journeys app based on a security privilege.
Journeys Integration with Process Cloud
Enrich your journeys by including tasks of the Process Automation type. This new task type enables you to interact with other external applications and systems to perform tasks.
Inline Display of Questionnaire in Journey Task
View and answer questionnaires directly within the journey task instead of navigating to the responsive page.
Inline Display of Configurable Form in Journey Task
View and enter data directly in configurable forms that display inline in a journey task instead of navigating to the responsive page.
Configure Journey Name Display Format on Journey Cards
Use the configuration option that allows you to display the journey name on the journey card in a specific format. This is beneficial when the same journey is assigned multiple times.
Archive and Purge Allocated Checklists and Assigned Journeys
Improve the overall performance of the journeys pages by archiving and purging journeys with a final status of Completed, Errored, Expired, or Withdrawn.
Audit Assigned Journeys and Tasks
Track changes in assigned journeys and tasks by leveraging the existing audit capability that now includes additional attributes.
Simulate Workforce Structures Approval Rules
Simulate and test workforce structures approval rules on the Approval Rules page in the Transaction Console. You can now test rules without having to recreate and submit any new transactions. This enhances the approval rules creation and testing process.
Position, Job and Location Available Only in Responsive Pages in the Work Area
Migrate to responsive Position, Job and Location flows as the responsive pages have replaced the classic pages for these flows, in the Workforce Structures work area.
Human Capital Management for Egypt
Oracle HRMS (Egypt) supports country specific features and functions for Egypt. It enables users to follow Egypt’s business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
Optional Title Field in the Name Style 
Notice that the condition of the Title field has been changed from required to optional in the Name Style for Egypt.
Human Capital Management for Singapore
Oracle HRMS (Singapore) supports country specific features and functions for Singapore. It enables users to follow Singapore’s business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
New Foreign Identification Number (FIN) Series With The Prefix M
Support the new M Foreign Identification Number (FIN) series, introduced by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), effective from 1 January 2022. The new M FIN series starts with the prefix M, similar to the format of the F and G FIN series, followed by seven digits and a checksum letter. Example: M1234567B. The format and checksum letter algorithm for the new series is now supported.
Oracle Global Payroll Interface supports features to send personal payroll information to third-party payroll providers and then to import processed payroll data into Oracle Fusion Global HR. You can copy and modify predefined extract definitions to meet the requirements of your third-party payroll provider. Before extracting data, payroll coordinators can optionally run the Calculate Gross Earnings process to calculate periodic values to validate gross earnings calculations. If you import processed payroll data or payslips from your third-party payroll provider, the data is available for further reporting and analysis.
Global Payroll Interface Template Enhanced with Approved Time Entries
Use the enhanced Global Payroll Interface template to generate payroll interfaces that include approved time entries for your third-party payroll vendor. Considering the differences in frequency and data volume, it’s recommended that you create and maintain interfaces that include approved time entries separately from regular payroll interfaces
Workforce Directory Management
Oracle Workforce Directory Management allows you to find colleagues and view organization charts.
Improved Performance of Refresh Manager Hierarchy Process
Use the 2 newly added parameters to improve performance of the Refresh Manager Hierarchy process that maintains the manager hierarchy. You can use these parameters to skip inactive assignments and historical data. Additionally, load balancing across multiple threads has improved.
Enhanced the position view in My Team with these features.
- New action to open the position hierarchy for any position
- Display of workers, requisitions and vacancies for all incumbents of the top position
- Ability to drill on a worker in this view
