Allow Journey Task to be Assigned to More than 500 AoR Representatives
Make use of the new profile option to allow the allocation of a journey task where the performer is derived based on areas of responsibility (AoR) and the number of derived representatives are 500 or more.

Additional Parameter Support in Autocomplete Rules for Document Records Business Object
Include an additional HCM parameter (hcmParam) to support autocomplete rules in document records. You can use this new parameter to control when the autocomplete rule is run. For example, you can configure the rule to run only for transactions done from the document records page.

Correct or delete assignments along with its associated salary and document records on the Employment Details page. Additionally, you can also insert a new salary or document record while correcting the assignment data.
Filter Managers Using Parent Position Hierarchy in Responsive Employment Pages
Display only the incumbents of the parent position in the Managers LOV if there are multiple incumbents for the parent position in responsive employment pages. If there are no incumbents for the parent position, then the Managers LOV will display all the workers.
Check Time Cards While Cancelling a Work Relationship
Restrict the Cancel Work Relationship action if a time card exists for any assignments in the work relationship.
Personalize Visibility of Termination Info Section on Responsive V3 Termination Pages
Use HCM Experience Design Studio to personalize the visibility of the Termination Info section on responsive V3 Termination pages. Earlier to Update 22C, the Termination Info section was always visible on Termination pages and users had no option to hide the field. The Termination Info section is still visible by default in Update 22C, but users can now hide the section if required using HCM Experience Design Studio.
Journey Level Actions Available Only From the Drill-Down Page
Take journey level actions such as Add to My Journeys, Assign to Others from a single drill-down page.
Upload Image For Journey Background and Thumbnail 
Simplify adding of an image to a journey by uploading an image file directly instead of providing an image URL. The same image is used as the background and thumbnail image for the assigned journey.
Additional Quick Actions Supported for Contextual Journeys
Streamline your business processes by leveraging quick actions for contextual journeys. Contextual journeys enable you to put together tasks needed to complete an entire business process. Additional quick actions are now available when configuring contextual journeys.
Additional TDS Actions Supported for Guided Journeys
Enhance users' ability to complete transactions by associating guided journeys with TDS (Transaction Design Studio) actions. Guided journeys provide users guidance such as tutorials, company policies, and best practices, in the context of an HCM flow. Additional TDS actions are now available to associate with guided journeys.
Display Properties for Journey Initiator
Make use of the ability to configure display properties at the journey template level for a journey initiator.
Enhanced Process to Synchronize Journey Configuration Changes to Assigned Journeys and Tasks
Synchronize updates to journey templates and tasks with the assigned journeys and task attributes, by running the Update Assigned Journey Attributes Based on Modified Journey Template process. This process is now enhanced to allow you to configure specific attributes to synchronize, from the list of available attributes.
Work Information Details in Assigned Journeys for Pending Workers
View employment details for a pending worker that is displayed in the Work Info section of the assigned journey.
Areas of Responsibility Reporting 
Use the new OTBI subject area for reporting area of responsibility (AOR) relationships between representatives and the people they support. If you're a Human Resource Analyst, you can now use the new subject area for reporting purposes. Use Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) to enable and schedule a new process called Refresh Representative Data in order to populate the reporting table and keep the data current and up-to-date. This process evaluates representatives by matching active worker assignments with current, active defined responsibilities. This process stores representatives against a person's assignment effective as of today.
Display Address in Public Info and Employee Summary Pages Based on the Selected Format
Improve the user experience in the Public Info and Employee Summary pages by displaying the work location address based on the address format selected in the Features by Country or Territory task in the Setup and Maintenance area.
Display the Dotted Line Reports in the Public Info and Employee Summary Pages
Enhance the user experience by displaying the dotted line reports in the Manager and Directs region of the Public Info and Employee Summary pages. Utilize the HCM Transaction Design Studio to control the display of both the Manager Relationship Type and the Directs Relationship Type.

Prepare for an increase to the PER_ADDRESSES_F attribute TOWN_OR_CITY field size from 30 characters to 60 characters that will be made in the 23A Update.
Assignment Category Attribute Available in HCM Data Loader for V3 Seniority Dates
Adjust the assignment category based V3 seniority dates using HCM Data Loader.
Position Management: Calculate FTE When Updating a Position
Calculate the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) value automatically in all position pages using the new profile option, ORA_PER_CALCULATE_FTE_IN_POSITION_ENABLED.
If you want to manually override the FTE for a specific position, then you can deselect the check box and change the application calculated value.
Position Management: Match Position Valid Grades with the Grades of the Job
Enforce in all position pages that the position's valid grades match the valid grades of the associated job with the new profile option, ORA_PER_MATCH_POS_GRADES_WITH_JOB_GRADES_ENABLED.
If the profile option is enabled, then the validation only considers grades that are active and valid for the position's business unit.
Prevent Inflight Position Transaction Updates When Using HCM Data Loader
Improve the approver’s experience by preventing updates to a position transaction that is pending approval.

Statutory Updates for the Year 2022
Manage your employees’ Statutory Deductions and Reporting calculation cards in compliance with the year 2022 legislation. Select updated statutory values to ensure that predefined Dutch payroll extract definitions used by third-party payroll providers include up-to-date information. They can use these values in payrolls and statutory reports, such as the wage report.

Oracle HRMS (Turkey) supports country specific features and functions for Turkey. It enables users to follow Turkey's business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
Optional Title Field in the Name Style
Notice the condition of the Title field has been changed from required to optional in the Name Style for Turkey.
