HCM Digital Assistant - Chat Widget Configuration
Configure these features of the Oracle Digital Assistant chat widget using HCM Experience Design Studio:
- Display buttons on local, global, and card actions vertically or horizontally.
- End a chat conversation and reset the chat session.
- Display the timestamp on each conversation as absolute or relative.

Autocomplete Rules for HCM Experience Design Studio Enhancements
Enhance your users' experience authoring new rules in Autocomplete Rules for HCM Experience Design Studio with these additional capabilities:
- Default the effective start date in the When and Why section during a promotion.
- Default the tax reporting unit from HR attributes in Payroll Terms.
- Derive the final close date based on the employee termination date, or the company rule in Payroll Assignment.
- Default the commonly calculated planned end date of a maternity, paternity or adoption absence based on the planned start date in the new Childbirth and Placement Dates Business Object for Absence Management.
- Delivery of additional attributes for Salary and Succession Plans to support more use cases.

Enhancements to Approval Delegations
Send notifications to approval delegates to inform them about newly assigned delegations or any changes made to existing ones.
Enhancements to Reassign Feature in Transaction Console
Notice that Transaction Console administrators no longer need BPM admin privileges to reassign approval transactions.
Improved Transaction Selection Criteria on Transaction Console Summary Page
Categorize faulted approval transactions by selecting those that can be recovered and those that can only be reassigned on the Transaction Summary page of the Transaction Console.
HCM Data Loader provides a flexible and efficient method of bulk loading business object data for data-migration and on-going incremental updates to Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud.
Audit HCM Data Loader Parameter Configuration 
Enable audit for the Configure HCM Data Loader Parameters task to monitor changes to the parameters which control the bulk-loading behavior and functionality.
Create a one-time schedule to bulk-load large HCM Data Loader files outside working hours.
Control the Retention of Succession Plan History
Disable the retention of Succession Plan history when bulk loading succession plans using HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader.

Remove Payroll Objects for Terminated Employees and Canceled Work Relationships
Remove payroll data which have been explicitly created during the hire process, this includes the Payroll Relationship and Payroll Assignment. These payroll objects will be removed for terminated employees or cancelled work relationships with the Remove Person Information feature when Payroll Run Results don't exist.
HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader provides a flexible and efficient method of bulk loading business object data for data-migration and on-going incremental updates to Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud.
Use the list of values introduced for many payroll objects when creating bulk-loading spreadsheets. Lists of values reduce validation errors during data entry.
