Work Relationship Events for Employee Assignment Atom Feed
Configure the employee assignment (empassignment) Atom feed to include work relationship-related events such as new hire, termination, and work relationship cancellation.

Extending HCM Redwood Pages Using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio)
Tailor a seamless experience for your employees using Oracle's Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio). HCM leverages the new Express mode in VB Studio to empower your business users to customize HR processes and ensure data quality.
Use the various delivered constants to customize your Redwood pages to best fit your specific business needs, such as:
- Enabling guided journey tasks to assist users in efficiently performing HR transactions by providing tutorials, company policies, and best practices.
- Implementing nudges to support managers and employees in completing important tasks promptly, such as scheduling check-ins or assigning goals.
Additionally, use Business Rules, which is equivalent to Transaction Design Studio for Redwood pages, to:
- Leverage delivered best practices or create your own rules based on various criteria, such as country and business unit.
- Make fields and regions required or optional, read-only or editable, and show or hide fields and regions depending on specific criteria.
The types of changes you can make to an HCM Redwood page depend on the page you're modifying.
Create Filtered Lists in HCM Applications
You can use the Filtered Lists feature to create filtered lists and apply user-defined conditions on them. Use the lists to perform various tasks in HCM applications.
HCM Data Loader provides a flexible and efficient method of bulk loading business object data for data-migration and on-going incremental updates to Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud.

Data Disposal Support for Additional Parameters and SET param Overrides
Use this feature to set additional parameters in Data Disposal at runtime to override default HCM Data Loader values to enhance efficiency and performance.

Spreadsheet Business Object Enhancements
Extend your business user's bulk loading capabilities by configuring which roles can use spreadsheet templates based on the Talent Management Content Item Relationships object.
HCM Extracts provide a method for extracting data from your HCM applications that can be used for interfacing data to another source or extracting data to integrate reporting across systems.
Check out the new Data Diagnostics report to identify the anomalies in the extracted data that prevent the usage of generated HCM Extracts XML data by Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher or other publishing tools.
