Launch learners into an offering that matches their Oracle Fusion language preference with fewer clicks their specialization enrollment.
Offering Title Display Changes in Available Offerings Section
Show offering titles in the Available Offerings section of course details pages, so learners no longer need to make an extra click to see them. Also show the primary classroom title and location for instructor-led training and blended offerings in the Available Offerings section.
Withdrawn and Completion Date Time Zone 
See the withdrawn and completed dates, for example on your View Transcript page, in the time zone format set in your user preferences.
Withdrawn Enrollments Excluded from Transcript
Exclude a withdrawn assignment from your transcript. Or if you're a manager, exclude an assignment that you withdraw a team member from, from their transcript.
Learn Replaced or Removed Features
From time to time, Oracle replaces existing features with new features, or removes existing features.
Replaced features may be put on a path of removal, the features below will let you know what update you will have to have moved to the newer feature. As a best practice, you should move to the newer feature as soon as possible for full support and to stay up with the latest updates that the product offers.
Any feature that is removed, will have an Update in which that feature is no longer available. Please make necessary plans to move off the feature by the Update indicated, as it will no longer be available.
Recommendation Event Alert Removal
Send recommendation alerts using only the recommendation resource. As initially communicated in the 21D November maintenance pack, you can no longer send recommendation event alerts.

Microsoft Teams Virtual Classroom Provider
Create and update Microsoft Teams web conferencing events directly in Oracle Learning Cloud. Instructors (hosts) and learners (attendees) can access this virtual instructor-led training using web conferencing links in offerings.
BizLibrary Learning Content Provider Integration
Add BizLibrary learning content to Oracle Learning Cloud. When you enable this integration, you can import a single course at a time, or load multiple courses. After an import, an automatic process runs in the background to create content, courses, offerings, and activities linked to the Learning content.
