Oracle Learning Cloud is a skills driven learning platform that enables employees, teams and organizations to develop the most relevant set of skills. Oracle Learning combines informal and formal learning, from internal catalog and external learning sources into a single platform to provide learners with a single, unified learning experience.
Use Oracle Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to suggest appropriate skills to set as learning outcomes when configuring courses and specializations.
Learning Initiative and Access Group Mass Withdraw Protection Improvements 
Use Process Learning Records and Process User Access background processes to reconcile learning initiatives and access groups and benefit from enhanced protection from accidental withdrawals.
Configure new advanced rules when creating learning assignments and initiatives. The new rules let you decide if learners in the target audience who completed the learning should be reassigned or not. These new rules replace the existing automatic completion rules.
Renewals Management Improvements
Change renewal rules on required learning initiatives for courses. Also specify whether the changes apply to all existing initiative learners as well as new learners that get added to the initiative.
Define the order that learners should progress through sections or activities when configuring specializations or offerings. For offerings with many activities, you can also define sections to group the activities. And you can identify when activities must be completed or are optional.
Let third-party observers assess learners and attest that the learners got the required knowledge from the learning. You can also let learners assess themselves and then have observers review the self-assessments.
Waitlist Management Automation 
Set the learning enrollment statuses to Deleted automatically for all enrollments with preactive statuses after the instructor-led or blended learning offering end date is past. Also prevent the addition of waitlisted learners to instructor-led offerings after the offering start date.
Learn Community and Learn Enrollment Task Types in HCM Journeys
Orchestrate learners enrolling in a specific learning or joining a specific learning community using HCM journeys.
Let learners now accept or decline a seat after you clear an offering waitlist and they have an active seat in another offering of the same course.
Communities I Manage Page Enhancements
Access all of the communities that you manage, regardless of type, from the Communities I Manage page of the Me > Learning work area.
My Communities Redwood Learner Experience
Give learners the Redwood experience with their My Communities page when you enable the Redwood learner experience.
My Shared Learning Redwood Learner Experience
Give learners the Redwood experience by replacing My Shared Learning with My Videos and My Learning Journeys pages when you enable the Redwood learner experience.
Learning Incident Transaction Enhancements 
Let workflow administrators do all standard learning incident transactions, such as Terminate, Withdraw, or Reassign, using Transaction Console. Note that the learning incident flow is always on and can’t be disabled using the Bypass Approvals option on the Transaction Manager page.
Learning Item Contribution Approver Improvements 
Preview the learning item in the approval notification before you approve.
Transactional Business Intelligence for Learning
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence is a real time, self-service reporting solution offered to all Oracle Cloud application users to create ad hoc reports and analyze them for daily decision-making. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence provides human resources managers and specialists, business executives, and line managers the critical workforce information to analyze workforce costs, staffing, compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee benefits.

Reporting on Learning Activity Progression
Report progress details for specialization and course learning assignments using the Learning Records Real Time subject area. These enhancements let you see the status and completion requirement of each activity in the completion details section of the learning enrollment.
New Offering Information Columns in Learning Records
Add more offering information dimensions to learning record analysis reports using the Learning Records subject area.
New Attributes and Measures in Learning Records Real Time OTBI Subject Area
Create learning reports more easily now that attribute names are standardized between the Learning Records Real Time subject area and the Learner Learning Records REST API.
