These pages or flows have been recreated in the Redwood tool set Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to improve your user experience. The pages or flows look and act like Redwood pages or flows, to help create cohesiveness through the application.

Extending HCM Redwood Pages Using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio)
Tailor a seamless experience for your employees using Oracle's Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio). HCM leverages the new Express mode in VB Studio to empower your business users to customize HR processes and ensure data quality.
Use the various delivered constants to customize your Redwood pages to best fit your specific business needs, such as:
- Enabling guided journey tasks to assist users in efficiently performing HR transactions by providing tutorials, company policies, and best practices.
- Implementing nudges to support managers and employees in completing important tasks promptly, such as scheduling check-ins or assigning goals.
Additionally, use Business Rules, which is equivalent to Transaction Design Studio for Redwood pages, to:
- Leverage delivered best practices or create your own rules based on various criteria, such as country and business unit.
- Make fields and regions required or optional, read-only or editable, and show or hide fields and regions depending on specific criteria.
The types of changes you can make to an HCM Redwood page depend on the page you're modifying.
Hide Recommendations for Completed Learning 
Remove learning recommendations from the learner's Browse Learning page after they complete the learning.
Learning Recommendations for Manager-Assigned Skills
Automate learning recommendations to workers to help them attain the manager-assigned skills that they haven't yet achieved.
Learning Recommendations for Topics Popular in My Role
Automate learning recommendations to workers based on topics followed by other workers in the same job role.
Learning Recommendations Popular with Others in My Careers of Interest
Automate learning recommendations to workers for job roles they've identified as careers of interest, based on learning completed by other workers in those roles.

Extending Learning Redwood Pages Using Visual Builder Studio
Use Visual Studio Builder (VBS) Express mode and Business Rules to make fields required or optional, read-only or editable, and show or hide fields depending on specific criteria.

Replace Online, Video, and PDF Content 
Facilitate content resource management with the ability to replace the content file when needed to deploy updates to SCORM, Video or PDF content.
Skills Advisor for Learning Enhancements
Define a specific set of courses and specializations to generate skill suggestions to be used as learning outcomes.
Learning Connect Content Provider SDK with xAPI 
Certified content providers can import digital learning to your catalog and also send learner progression and completion data using xAPI statements.
Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration 
Automate Microsoft Outlook calendar invitations to learner's and instructor's calendars for the instructor-led activities they're enrolled in or teaching through Oracle Learning. And keep them updated with changes made in Oracle Learning.
Learning Replaced or Removed Features
From time to time, Oracle replaces existing features with new features, or removes existing features.
Replaced features may be put on a path of removal, the features below will let you know what update you will have to have moved to the newer feature. As a best practice, you should move to the newer feature as soon as possible for full support and to stay up with the latest updates that the product offers.
Any feature that is removed, will have an Update in which that feature is no longer available. Please make necessary plans to move off the feature by the Update indicated, as it will no longer be available.
Responsive User Experience Removal Notice
By the 24B update, activity sequencing and Redwood learning self-service pages must be enabled. Non-Redwood learning self-service pages will no longer be supported.

Learning Controlled Availability
Features under this heading are under the Controlled Availability Program. The Controlled Availability Program is a program for early testing and feedback of features, before they are included into the product line. You must request and be accepted into the Controlled Availability Programs to use these features. Please see the What's New for more information on being part of these programs.
NOTE: These features are not generally available to customers, customers must be approved to use these features. When these features are generally available to all customers they will be announced under their product area headings.
