Maintenance

Manage Maintenance Work Orders Across Operating Organizations

Create work orders for maintenance assets that operate in organizations that are not maintenance-enabled. You can now manage work orders for maintenance assets across inventory, manufacturing, and maintenance organizations.

Create and Track Assets Not Associated with an Item

Create an asset quickly based on the asset description without requiring an item ID. This provides greater flexibility and efficiency when servicing an asset that is not manufactured or sold by you.

Optimize Maintenance Programs Using Machine Learning

Optimize the service intervals of maintenance programs by leveraging the IoT application analytics. You can use the maintenance and failure history analyses to review the machine learning recommendations, and then either approve or reject them.

Integrate and Extend Maintenance Using REST Services

Manage Maintenance Programs Using a REST Service

Enhance current maintenance programs or create maintenance programs that calculate the preventive maintenance forecast and create work orders using a REST service. You can now define dynamic work requirements that consider calendar patterns, asset meters, and optionally IoT-based conditional events as inputs in the forecasts. Multiple work definitions can be defined for a work requirement to support both cyclical and non-cyclical interval maintenance.

Manage Maintenance Work Definitions Using a REST Service

Manage maintenance work definitions using a REST service. You can now integrate with external systems to create and update work definitions.
