Maintenance

Manage Asset Groups

Create and manage assets in groups. By doing so, you can manage assets more effectively.

Get Default Work Order Attribute Values

Improve data accuracy and save time when you create work orders. For your Work Order Description, Work Order Type, and Work Order Subtype fields, you can get default data derived from the context asset or applied maintenance work definition.

Automatically Update Asset Meters with IoT Data

View the data coming from IoT-enabled devices without physically accessing the asset. IoT data coming from devices can be automatically pushed to and recorded in asset meters in Oracle Maintenance Cloud. This facilitates corrective and preventive maintenance.

View Lead and Opportunity Details for a Customer-Enabled Asset

View lead and opportunity details for a customer-enabled asset. To view these details, use the tabs on the Edit Asset Details page.

Upload Attachments in Oracle Maintenance Cloud Using a SOAP Service

Automatically upload attachments for existing maintenance assets, maintenance programs, maintenance work orders, maintenance work order operations, maintenance work order operation materials, maintenance work order operation resources, and maintenance work definition operations using the ERP Object Attachment SOAP service. This feature was also made available in a monthly update of 20A and 19D.

Capture Work Order Details Automatically on a Requisition Line

Capture work order details automatically on a requisition line when you navigate from the Maintenance Management work area to the Purchase Requisitions work area to shop items or services for the work order. As a maintenance manager, you don't have to select the work order details every time you shop for a new item or service for the work order.
