Maintenance

Enable Dual Units of Measure in Manufacturing and Maintenance

Report manufacturing and maintenance material consumption and manufacturing output in both primary and secondary units of measure. View primary and secondary quantities for items in the asset overview, the asset parts list, and in product genealogy.

Use a Work Order to Install and Remove Asset Parts

Get an interactive view of the asset hierarchy from within the work order. You can easily remove a child component from the parent asset's hierarchy, as well as install a child component into the parent asset's hierarchy, all from within the work order.

Enable Application Composer Attributes in Asset REST API

View your own configured fields and objects defined using Application Composer in the Installed Base Assets REST Service. Your configured fields are displayed in the main response body, while your configured objects will be viewable as a new child resource in the service. You can view, define, and edit the fields using standard REST actions.

View Document References for a Maintenance Work Order

View document references on the new References tab on the Edit Work Order page. With the information on this tab, you get additional context on the source of the work order to help you diagnose and resolve the issue. You can use the Maintenance Work Orders REST API to create and update document references for sources such as help desk tickets, service requests, and IoT incidents.

Schedule Work Orders of Multiple Year Duration

Create and update work orders of multiple year duration. You will now be able to schedule work orders for a duration of up to 48 months based on a plant parameter.
