Fetch Asset Group Details Using REST API
Use a REST service to fetch asset group information associated with an asset, including fields you define using Application Composer. You can retrieve asset group information from Oracle Fusion Cloud Installed Base for use in a third party application.
Manage the Relationship Between an Installed Base Asset and a Fixed Asset Using REST API
Use a REST service to establish and maintain the relationship between an installed base asset and the corresponding fixed asset.
Track Asset Failures Using REST API
Use REST services to create, read, update, and delete asset failure records. You can manage and track failure records including the failure, cause, and resolution codes, failed component, failure date and time, available date and time, comments, and attachments.
Resequence Work Order Operations During Execution
Enable work order operations to be resequenced during work execution. You can complete the operations for a work order in any sequence as needed instead of only as specified in the work order, based on an operation-level setting.
Bill Multiple Parties for Field Service
You can now invoice multiple parties for a single field service work order.
Retrieve Payment Terms Directly from Customer Account
When creating sales orders, the payment terms are retrieved directly from the customer account eliminating the need to create pre-transformation rules.
Ship Field Service Parts to Field Warehouse Locations
You can now ship parts needed for field service work orders to a field stocking location. This shipping option adds to existing capabilities to ship to customer and field service technician locations.
Post Charges in the Background to Support High Volume Invoicing
You now have the option to post charges in the background, which supports high volume invoicing.
