Capitalize Fixed Assets Upon Purchase Receipt to Expense Destination
Create an operational asset and capitalize it as a fixed asset for nonproject purchases with a destination type of expense. You get an automatically established relationship between the operational and fixed asset.
Generate Maintenance Program Forecasts Using a Scheduled Process
Generate a forecast within the maintenance program user interface using the Generate Maintenance Forecast scheduled process that can be tracked by its unique identification number.
Determine Asset Qualifications Using Quality Inspection
Associate an inspection plan to a qualification requirement. You can record qualifications for an asset automatically using a quality inspection during a maintenance work order completion.
Perform Asset Inspection With or Without a Maintenance Work Order
Collect results for an asset inspection, optionally in the context of a maintenance work order. You can also define an asset inspection plan to facilitate the data collection process for asset inspections without a work order. Additional attributes on the asset inspection type plans allows a user to perform the appropriate inspection.
Enhance Maintenance Management OTBI Subject Areas to Support Maintenance Exceptions
Use the enhanced Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence subject areas for real-time reporting and analytics. A new Maintenance Exception Real Time subject area is introduced. Also, new dimension folders are added to the Installed Base Customer Asset History Real Time and the Maintenance Management Asset History Real Time subject areas.
Create and manage work requests to address facility-related and asset-related maintenance discrepancies. You can manage work requests using category-based queues, so you can review and analyze the work requests, and dispatch technicians using maintenance work orders.
Update Work Request Status At Work Order Completion
Use work requests to report and track the progress of an asset maintenance discrepancy until it’s resolved using a maintenance work order. You can now seamlessly update the work request status when the resolution work order is created, canceled, or completed. The status update provides a feedback loop to both the help desk agent as well the originator of the work request.
Capture and Display Part Reservation Status
The reservation status for a required part is now captured and displayed, so you can easily see the current reservation status.
Post Field Services Charges Without Selecting an Installed Base Asset 
You can now complete your service flows from the service request through the debrief and charge phases without associating an installed-base asset.
Flex fields have been added to the Charges UI so that you can capture additional data important to your business for reporting and extensions.
Display Subscription Number in Pricing Components UI 
When viewing subscription adjustments for charges, you can now see the associated subscription number and subscription type in the Pricing Components UI.
Receive Parts by Service Work Order 
You can now find all inbound transfer orders for a specific Fusion Service work order or third-party work order, so you can efficiently receive parts.
Make Corrections and Enter Credits for Debrief and Charge Transactions 
From the Service Logistics Charges UI, make corrections and enter credits to debrief and charge transactions.
Service Logistics New and Updated REST Services
In this update, the following REST services are either new or updated: New Manual Price Adjustments REST service that handles manual charge adjustments. New Manual Adjustment Basis LOV REST service that retrieves all manual adjustments for a given service charge. New Service Logistics Activities LOV REST service that provides access to all Service Logistics activities. Modified Part Requirement Lines REST service to handle the reservation status accurately. Updated Debrief REST service to add new attributes to the response payload for both header and detail lines, a new Charges child service for the debrief line, and a new action for repricing charges.
