Restrict Lot Numbers LOV to Issued Lot Numbers on the Maintenance Dispatch List Page

Optionally restrict lot numbers when performing material transactions on the Maintenance Dispatch List page and Issue and Return Material from Inventory. Restrict the lot numbers being returned only to the lot numbers previously issued, or completed to or from a work order.

Export Assets and Meters on the Asset Information Management Page

Export the asset and meter information for your search results on the Asset Information Management page.

Enhance Maintenance Management OTBI Subject Areas to Support Supplier Warranty and Failure Analysis

Use the enhanced Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence subject areas for real-time reporting and analytics. New subject areas for Supplier Warranty and Failure Analysis are introduced. Also, new attributes are added to the Maintenance Work Order and the Maintenance Work Order Operations folders.

Manage Meter Templates Using a New User Interface

Use new user interfaces to create, edit, and view your meter templates. You can use the new Manage page to search for existing templates, and create new templates. When you create or edit a template, you can also define the applicable asset or product items. When assets or subscription lines are created using these items, a unique meter can be automatically instantiated.

Maintain Equipment Profiles in the User Interface for Qualifying Equipment Resources

Create, edit, and view equipment profile using user interface. You can use the Manage page to search for existing profiles, and create new profiles. When you create or edit equipment profile, you can also associate qualification requirements.

Manage Maintenance Programs Using File-Based Data Import and REST API

Create and update maintenance programs using a file-based data import and REST API. You can define calendar patterns and work requirement details, and indicate which assets are included or excluded from the forecast for an item-based requirement. Additionally, you can base the first due date for an asset based on its historical last completed date and interval.

Manage Supplier Warranty Claim Labor Rates Using REST API

Use REST services to create and manage supplier warranty provider labor rates over time. The rates will be applied to warranty claims for both standard repairs and reimbursable labor costs.

Manage Supplier Warranty Standard Repair Times Using REST API

Use REST services to create and manage standard repair times by warranty provider and standard operation. The time can then be used as an allowable labor reimbursement for a repair operation task in a claim.

Manage Asset Supplier Warranty Entitlements Using REST API

Use REST services to create and manage supplier warranty entitlements for miscellaneous expense reimbursement in a warranty claim.

Manage Asset Supplier Warranty Using Work Orders

Use work orders to create and manage supplier warranty for your assets. You can create, edit, and complete maintenance work orders based on the supplier warranty terms and conditions. During work order creation, you can default the warranty attributes from standard operations to the work order operations to identify warranty repairs for cost reimbursement.

Manage Asset Supplier Warranty Claims Using REST API

Use REST services to create and manage supplier warranty claims for your assets. You can add or remove work order entitlements for a single work order or across multiple work orders to claim warranty reimbursement. Optionally, you can add manual entitlements to claim reimbursement of miscellaneous expenses.

Capitalize Fixed Assets upon Purchase Receipt to Inventory Destination

Create an operational asset and capitalize it as a fixed asset for nonproject purchases with an inventory destination. You get an automatically established relationship between the operational and fixed asset.

Create Maintenance Work Orders Automatically Using Quality Inspection Actions

Create maintenance work order conditionally for the inspections performed based on the asset type inspection plan. The conditions are defined as quality action rules for a characteristic in the inspection plan. Certain predefined attribute values in the quality action rule are used for creating maintenance work orders.

Capture Failure Information of Work Order Asset

Allows you to capture failure information for a maintenance work order asset.

Define Failure Sets for Capturing Asset Failure Data

Define failure sets with unique combinations of failure, cause and resolution codes associated to asset, item, item category or all assets, and rules for capturing the failure data by asset type. Reliability engineers can use failure data to analyze asset failures, determine root causes, track downtime, and improve reliability.

Search by Descriptive Flexfields on the Asset Information Management Page

Search for assets by global and contextual descriptive flexfields on the Asset Information Management page.

Sign for Maintenance E-Records Using Single Sign-on Through an External Authentication System

Configure Oracle Access Management to use an external authentication system for a seamless single sign-on experience for e-signatures and e-records in Oracle Maintenance. You can use your existing login credentials for e-signature using an external authentication system instead of the Oracle WebLogic identity provider.

Mass Close Work Orders by Specifying a Closed Date Using the Scheduled Process

Close multiple work orders using the Close Work Orders program with the option to specify a closed date.
