Create, Update, and Get Inspection Characteristics Using a REST Service
Create and update inspection characteristics using a REST service. You can also get inspection characteristic details to integrate with other systems for test measurement or data collection.
Create Problem Reports and Corrective Actions Directly from Engineering Items
Create corrective actions and problem reports directly from the Actions menu on an engineering item. You can also create corrective actions from problem reports.
Enable Deferred Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures for Manufacturing Work Order Release
Capture an electronic signature using a deferred approval process when changing a work order to the Released status through the user interface. You can approve through a notification for the initial release of a work order and maintain an electronic record of all work order information for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manually schedule or reschedule a manufacturing and maintenance work order based on the dates you enter by optionally turning off the default scheduling engine.
Correct REST API Transaction Errors Using the ADFdi Interface
Use the ADFdi interface to correct work order operations, materials, and resource transactions. You will now be able correct any errors on the interface transactions that are loaded from FBDI or REST services.
Qualify Operators When Assigning Work or Reporting Labor Usage
Validate that an operator is qualified to perform a manufacturing or maintenance operation. The validation is based on the job profile specified for the work definition operation resource. You can enforce this validation when you assign a labor resource instance to a manufacturing or maintenance work order operation or report a resource usage transaction.
