Improve Supply Tracking for Sales Orders in Your Back-to-Back Flows
Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration no longer closes the supply order when the first shipment happens for a partial shipment in a back-to-back flow. The supply order remains open until shipping ships all of the supply or until Oracle Order Management cancels the request. Orchestration will also continue to orchestrate changes in demand and supply as long as the supply order remains open.
Use 8D Workflow for Corrective Actions
Use predefined statuses through which a workflow progresses based on the eight disciplines problem solving approach.
Manage Item Substitution During Work Order Execution
Manage and view the item substitutions in a work order. Using the predefined item substitutions in the item structure, you can view the substitutions, check their availability, and replace with substitute items during the work order execution.
Create Manufacturing Work Order and Transaction Reports with Job Profiles Using OTBI
Create Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports using job profiles specified for a labor resource instance in a work order operation, or during operation and resource transactions.
Reactivate an Inactive Work Definition
Reactivate a work definition that was previously deactivated. You can reuse the work definition again for work order creation, supply chain planning, and costing purposes.
Qualify Equipment When Assigning Work or Reporting Resource Usage
Validate that an equipment is qualified to perform a manufacturing or maintenance operation. The validation is based on an equipment qualification profile specified for the work definition operation resource. You can enforce this validation when you assign an equipment resource instance to a manufacturing or maintenance work order operation or report a resource usage or operation transaction.
SCM Analytics Support for Schedule Data
Provides business intelligence for the data that is generated when a schedule is created. This includes extract view objects for week start dates, period start dates, year start dates, available or working days, and schedule details for the start and end times for each working day.
