Oracle Global Payroll is a high-performance, graphical, rules-based payroll management application. It’s designed to keep pace with the changing needs of your enterprise and workforce in order to reduce setup costs, administration, and processing time. It operates globally and consistently in every country supported by Oracle. It uses a highly scalable processing engine that takes advantage of the features of the Oracle database for parallel processing, resulting in optimal performance. In countries with payroll extensions delivered and supported by Oracle, the application delivers the calculations, tax reporting, and regulatory rules required to accurately process payroll and remain in compliance.

Support for Time Updates in Payroll
Load time card updates to payroll. Time card information from Oracle Time & Labor or a third-party time product can be loaded into the payroll application for payment. When an employee makes a change to a time card, only the updated time information will now be passed to payroll. This enhancement is currently available for new time elements created as of 22C Update and later.
New Messages on the Personal Payment Method Page 
View additional messages on the personal payment method page, to prevent users from deleting payment methods in error.
Calculation Entries Effective Date Field Updates
Change display of the effective date field depending on the actions you take when updating calculation entries.
Language Translation of Element Objects
View predefined element features such as input values, suffixes in the name of child elements, balances, and formulas in your preferred session language. Please note, this enhancement is not yet available to customers that us the US legislation.
Responsive Balance Result - View Balances By Date
View the payroll balances for an employee as of a specific date. The new responsive Balance by Date page will calculate and display balances for an effective date. For example, view the Year-to-Date (YTD) overtime balance for an employee as of 31st October 2022.

Autocomplete Rules for Assigned Payroll Business Object in Local and Global Transfer 
Derive HR assignment attributes from Payroll, such as location, using autocomplete rules for the Local and Global Transfer (LGT) flow.
Payroll Flows Outbound API Notifications
Configure an outbound notification with the payroll flows outbound API notifications feature. Once a task in a flow completes it will send a completion message to an external downstream server to notify that the process has completed. The flows outbound API solution will utilize the industry standard client credentials flow, OAuth 2.0. This standard allows for secure communication between servers based on a token authentication approach.
Enable the HCM Alerts functionality to replace the existing payroll flow notifications. The HCM Alerts feature allows you to configure the format of the alerts to either worklist notifications or emails. You can define your own notification content and send notifications to multiple owners of a flow.
Retention Period for Payroll HCM Extracts Archive Data
Purge payroll reports using the HCM Extracts purge feature. A retention period has now been set for the predefined payroll extracts. The retention period controls the period of time the archive data is retained before it is purged such as 90 days.
Run Balance Exception Report Support for Excel and CSV 
Report on balance exceptions using the new CSV and Excel report formats. Use the report category parameter on the Run Balance Exception Report flow to indicate if the report should be generated in a PDF, CSV or Excel format.

Bahrain Retro for Social Insurance and Gratuity
Simplify retroactive calculations with retro components and retro elements delivered for all elements associated with social insurance or gratuity processing.
Payroll for Oracle Human Capital Management for Canada supports country specific features and functions for Canada. It enables users to follow Canada's business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
Display the start and end dates of retroactive earnings on the Canada payslip. Also, the link to the employee’s payslip will now include the date to help employees differentiate between the different payslip attachments.
Display National Identifier on Employee Active Payroll Balance Report 
Display the person’s national identifier on the Employee Active Payroll Balance Report. This feature provides the ability to enable a new parameter that offers various display options of the employee’s Social Insurance Number.
Report Vacation Liability Balance in Employer Liabilities Sections of Global Reports
View the Vacation Liability balance on the global reports. The balance generated in the payroll run is now displayed in the Employer Liabilities sections of the global reports.
Payroll for Oracle Human Capital Management for China supports country specific features and functions for China. It enables users to follow China's business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
Use Month-to-Date Balances in Social Security Calculations
Use month-to-date balances in social security calculations, to be better compliant with legislative requirement. Period-to-date balances were used in the calculations earlier.

Element CFDI Information Enhancement
Include more information for the Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) reporting when you create or edit payroll elements. While selecting the CFDI code from a list of values, you can now enter the CFDI key and concept related to the payroll element. The CFDI key is limited to 15 characters and displayed in the Clave tag of the CFDI XML. The CFDI concept key is limited to 100 characters and displayed in the Concepto tag of the CFDI XML.
Payroll for Oracle Human Capital Management for Saudi Arabia supports country specific features and functions for Saudi Arabia. It enables users to follow Saudi Arabia's business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
GOSI Salary Recalculation Update 
Simplify the management of the GOSI reference salary. The component details Recalculate GOSI Salary on the Employer GOSI Details calculation card is open-ended, instead of automatically being end-dated on an entry.
Payroll for the United Kingdom
Payroll for Oracle Human Capital Management for the United Kingdom supports country specific features and functions for the United Kingdom. It enables users to follow the United Kingdoms business practices and comply with its statutory requirements.
LGPS Annual Pensionable Pay Frequencies
Enhance the user experience by selecting the appropriate frequency of monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually for the calculation of the LGPS rates. Although you must reassess the appropriate band and rate each April, you can now choose to review them periodically or when there is a material change in pay.
Reporting to MyCSP Additional Assignments That Have Ended 
Report the end of an assignment to MyCSP when an End Assignment or End Term action has occurred (but the work relationship still exists). All the files corresponding to the assignment are closed as of the end date. This includes Service History, Part-Time History, Pay History, Salary History, Allowance History, and WPS Contribution Rate History File, where applicable.
Send PAE Notification Letters Through Email 
Send your employees a pensions automatic enrolment notification letter through email according to the requirements stipulated from the pensions regulator. There must be a valid email address present for them to receive the letter as a PDF document. You can use the email delivery option once you've set up the relevant delivery parameters.
Payroll Validation Archive Report Enhancements
Make use of new and updated messages provided in the Payroll Validation Archive Report. The updates reflect either new validation introduced or a revision of existing messages. The new messages relate to validations that cover reaching the age of 75 for pensions. Also updated are messages for calculation card association anomalies for Court Orders, Statutory Deduction, and Pensions Automatic Enrolment components. The amended messages relate to the existing validations for address, new starter declaration, and pension automatic enrolment rollback checks.
