Update Contacts in Application After Submittal
Applicants and/or contacts associated with a permit or planning application can add, update or inactivate contacts, comments and attachments on the permit or planning application after it is submitted. Applicants or contacts can update the applications throughout the lifecycle of the permit up to the applicable terminal status of the application such as "Complete", "Final", or "Certificate of Occupancy".

Automatically Apply Conditions
Using the Business Rules Framework, you can configure conditions to be applied automatically to applications according to the criteria in your business rules.
