Licensing and Permitting Common
Inspection Sequences and Dependencies
Agencies can now define the inspection sequence by setting up inspection dependencies.
You can now confirm the file you wish to download is correct, by previewing the document or attachment before you choose to download.
Plan Coordinators can see, at a glance, when an applicant has uploaded a document for a plan review cycle.
GIS data can automatically populate during application intake. Additionally, you can define the map service to populate custom fields and grids based on the spatial intersection to the selected property.

Search, sort, and filter worklists with address or location.
Flattening and Personalizing Grids
A new grid enhancement is now available. The "expanded" grid format presents only one data element per column and provides user-level personalization options.
Credit Card and Offline Payment Methods for Cashier Session Payments
You can now choose credit card or offline as the payment method. Additionally, you can also close a cashier session with a zero balance and see the closing balance on the Cashier Reconciliation page.
Fee Estimates for Anonymous Users
Anonymous or guest users can use fee estimates. Agencies can opt in or out of enabling fee estimates for anonymous or guest users.
Display Records in Notifications
You can configure a communication template that includes the record for which a payment was received.
Increased Attachment File Size Limit
The attachment file size limit has increased to 150 MB for a desktop. A set 25 MB file size limit has been established for mobile devices, due to performance considerations.
Contractor License Transactions List
Automatically display all transactions on the Contractor detail page in Contractor Management, when the license number has been entered in the transaction.
Menu for Active or Closed Permit Workflow
A menu is provided for active and closed workflows associated with a permit.
Additional Plan Review Console Actions
The following new actions have been added to the Plan Review Console:

- View Cycle History Actions
Code Inspection Notices Using Oracle Municipal Code Officer
A code officer can generate an ad hoc notice from Oracle Municipal Code Officer providing them the ability to print after the inspection result. The inspector can also replace the default system notice with an ad hoc notice template from the Notice Task.
Notice of Violation counts are updated based on running counts. Additionally, an action of New Notice of Violation has been added to both increase notice count and trigger a new notice generation.
Manually Schedule Inspections During Hearing, Appeal, or Legal Status
You can schedule manual inspections so inspectors can conduct an inspection before a hearing or after an appeal. A new inspection result of "No Status Change" has been added to support this change.

This feature extends the Financials Cloud Subledger Accounting to support Code Enforcement accounting events.
