Permitting and Licensing Common
Property Address Agency Setting
A new configuration setting has been added to manage the ability to add property addresses on a permit.
You can define a negative buffer distance for the spatial intersection used to query GIS attributes.
Issue and Reissue Date Retention
Issue and reissue dates are retained and do not replace the original issue date. The most recent reissue date is displayed and you can configure the ability to reset the expiration date based on the most recent reissue date.
Business Rules Framework User Interface Improvements
A new expression builder allows you to quickly update the order of criteria using drag and drop capabilities. An advanced mode has also been added to allow you to build out the criteria using criteria strings.
Guaranteed Action Support for Business Rules Framework
You can rerun failed actions to ensure they are completed in Business Rules Framework. You can rerun a single rule's failed action or create an ESS process to rerun all failed actions.
Protected Document Switch by Offering
Your agency can now configure protected PDF document handling for permits and planning applications. Performance improvements have also been added for Bluebeam Studio™ transactions.
Agency Assisted Deposit Account Payments
Agency staff can assist paying fees for multiple transactions using deposit accounts.
Deposit account attachments provide supporting documentation specific to an account, such as change of ownership and terms of use.
Prevent Payment Condition with Autopay
If the "Prevent Payment" condition has been applied, the autopay process will not record fee payments for deposit accounts.
Application Received Date Determines the Effective Date for Fee Calculations
The effective date for fee calculations is determined from the date the application was received instead of the date the application was submitted.
Agency staff can reverse payments and reinstate fees when deposited items are returned. If an agency does not reinstate fees, you can void the returned payment.
Deposit Account Subject Area and Dashboard
The Deposit Account subject area provides agencies with analytical information about their deposit accounts, as well as a real time dashboard.
