Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.

Opportunity Marketplace for Jobs

Use the new Opportunity Marketplace for Jobs to allow internal users and employees to browse through the list of job requisitions. Opportunity Marketplace uses a refreshed, modern user experience. With this feature you can:

  • Let users search and filter through job requisitions to find relevant ones to apply to.
  • View your list of job applications and their current status.
  • Perform job application related actions like scheduling interviews, or reviewing offers.
  • Refer suitable candidates to job applications.
  • View lists of referrals you have made and their application status.
  • Set preferences to view recommended job requisitions in the page, as well as via job alert emails.

Candidate Experience

Social Sharing for External Career Sites

Share more engaging content with social platforms when posting links to external career sites. Open Graph tags were added to splash page and search results pages. Site-level configuration for OG-image was added to make content more shareable.

Candidates and Candidate Job Applications

Batch Collect Feedback Action

Request feedback for multiple candidates using the new batch Collect Feedback action on the job application list. You can select some or all of the candidates in the job application list and use the Collect Feedback action to select respondents and questionnaires all in a single action.

Define Scope of Candidate Selection Processes Being Exported

Define the scope of which candidate selection processes must be exported when exporting setup data. Also prevent importing active candidate selection processes, only processes in draft status can be imported to avoid impacting existing processes.

LinkedIn Embedded Search

Invoke LinkedIn Recruiter search from the Oracle Recruiting Candidate search to search for more candidates using LinkedIn search functionality. 

Tag Candidates Using Predefined Labels

Tag candidates using predefined labels. For example, you may want to tag a candidate as being a finance expert, a fast learner, or a silver medalist.

Use Skills to Define Audience in Recruiting Campaigns

Allow a campaign manager to define the audience for a campaign using skills.

Job Application Grid View

Give users the ability to configure which columns and fields appear in job application list views. Administrators can configure views available to specific roles or all users. Administrators can also create custom compound fields, that can be configured to appear in grid views. Users with a new privilege can configure their personal views.

Job Requisitions

Feedback Respondents Added to Hiring Team

Decide whether or not interview feedback respondents should be added to the job requisition's hiring team as collaborators using a new profile option. By default, this profile option is enabled to retain the existing behavior where feedback respondents are added as collaborators. 

Improved Skill Usage for Job Requisitions

Display skills defined on job requisitions when viewing job details in the internal career site and the agency portal. Also configure the visibility of skill attributes on job requisitions.

Job Offers

Copy External Job Offers

Create job offers quickly for one or more new hires or rehires copying another candidate's offer in that same requisition. The new offers have all the same values as the original offer, but can have an updated start date. Then the new offers can be configured to go into their approval cycles, or to stay in the state Offer-Draft for recruiters to make any additional changes.  

The approval cycle and the candidate selection process can also be configured to treat these batch-copied offers a little differently than offers that are created one-by-one, if needed. Recruiters can track the progress of each batch of offers using two new filters on the Job Offers List.

Honor Individual Compensation Allocations in Job Offers when Multiple Element Entries Aren't Allowed

Enable new individual compensation plans to be supported on job offers for internal candidates who already have this individual compensation allocated to them, even if the given plan is configured to disallow being awarded twice. In these situations for an IC plan that doesn’t allow multiple element entries, the offer's plan will still be copied when the accepted offer gets processed to become the worker's new assignment. In earlier releases, Human Resource specialists who processed the offer received an error saying that the offered compensation allocations couldn't be copied because of the plan's restriction against multiple element entries.

Streamline Internal Candidate Processing

Streamline the processing of internal mobility candidates, after they’ve accepted their job offers, to move them quickly or even automatically into their new assignments in the HR system. Now all relevant internal candidates can be automatically processed into their new roles, with a configurable lead time before their proposed start date. Or if the Human Resource specialists prefer to push individual internal candidates forward into their new assignments before that lead time arrives, they can now do so with a single click rather than needing to review all the fields and sections of that assignment. The HR specialist can also change the proposed start date for an internal candidate before this processing occurs, in case their new assignment must now start on a different date than was shown in their offer letter.

Use HCM Data Loader to add and update skills for a job requisition or a job requisition template.

Link Existing Job Requisition to a Pipeline Requisition Using HCM Data Loader

Use HCM Data Loader to link one or more existing standard requisitions to a pipeline requisition.
