Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.
Vanity URL for External Career Sites
Use a corporate Vanity URL to allow external candidates to access career sites. When the feature is enabled, a Vanity URL will be used in the candidate journey in the career site, and in candidate facing communication.
Add Labels to Candidates in Pools and Candidate Search
Add labels to candidates from the candidate search result list, and the pool members list.
Collect Job Function Information in Talent Community Sign-up
Take note that candidates can now enter data in the Job Function field in addition to, or instead of Job Category, and Location.
Configure Campaign Audience Using a Saved Search
Use a saved search to define the list of recipients when configuring the audience for a campaign.
Filter Search Results by Opt-in to Marketing Emails
Filter the candidate search results page based on whether a candidate opted in to marketing communication emails.
Create, Run, and Manage Saved Searches
Save search and filter criteria so that you can use them again at any time to get a list of the latest candidates.
Search and Filter for Candidates by Label as Criterion
Search for candidates by label, and refine the results by label on the search results page.
Enhanced Relevancy and Precision in Job Search
Get more precise and relevant results in external career site job search. Job titles are now being prioritized in keyword searches, and you can control whether the search is done on job description fields.
Enhanced Job Search Results Sorting
Provide more relevant search result list sorting for candidates who are searching for jobs on external candidate experience sites using a Minimal template. If no search criteria is given, the job search results are now sorted by posting date by default.

Deactivate Countries in Geography Hierarchy Structure
Deactivate countries in the geography hierarchy structure to prevent those countries from being available throughout Recruiting.
Take advantage of the new Public Skills section in a candidate's profile, when performing a candidate search, configuring job requisition details, and reviewing or filtering job applications. When you subscribe to the Public Skill, the skill data appears in the Connections area as well as Skill Center.
Career Site Customization Enhancements
Create custom search results pages for your career sites using the custom content framework editor. Search results pages can contain custom content and the search bar, filters, and search results are configurable to support the creation of a more engaging candidate experience. You can also create multiple splash pages and search results pages and switch between them using the activation switch. The Pages tab is now filterable by custom page type, splash, search results, and custom page with each type being color-coded for easy navigation.
Allow administrators to decide which location search modes are available for candidates on external career sites.
Modern Career Site Template Phase Out
Take notice that the Modern design template to create career sites is being phased out starting in 22B.
At the same time the career site framework has been enriched with additional configuration capabilities. You will be able to configure different layouts, including one matching the Modern template look and feel.
Search for Jobs Using Recruiting Locations
Allow external candidates to search for jobs on external career sites using recruiting locations. With this enhancement, candidates can search for jobs only in locations where jobs can be potentially be posted.
Third Party Links in Candidate Self-Service Pages
Enable partners to include links in candidate self-service pages for all partner categories, including background check. This will enable candidates to retrieve all partner pending requests in a single place.
Candidates and Candidate Job Applications
Add Comments When Moving Job Applications
Provide comments when moving a job application using the Move action. These comments are then displayed in the progress tab of the job application.
Candidate Labels in Prospects and Job Applications
Tag, view, and filter prospect candidates and job applications using the predefined labels introduced on candidate profiles in the previous release.
Display of Answers in Multiple Choice Questions in Application Flows
Define whether responses for a multiple choice question in a questionnaire are rendered as check boxes or as a list of values in external application flows.
Job Application Computed Fields
Use fast formulas to calculate computed fields based on the data collected on job applications and display the computed fields in job application grid views.
Multilingual Support for Candidate Labels
Define and translate candidate labels in multiple supported languages.
Candidate Time Zones in Interview Scheduling 
Improve the candidate's interview scheduling experience with candidate notifications and interview scheduling pages that reflect the candidate's time zone, to ensure the candidate and interview coordinators are scheduling interviews at the desired time.
Updated Interview Calendar Event Contents
Provide more complete interview location information to interviewers and candidates in the .ics and Office 365 calendar attachments. Calendar attachments now contain all of the location fields to ensure participants have the interview location information they need. The .ics attachment subject text has also been updated to include the candidate's name.
Banners for Job Requisition Approval
Track how job requisitions are moving through the approval process by viewing banners and clicking on links to get more details. Initiators and observers can see who is next to approve a requisition, and approvers can take action on their requisitions, from the informative banners shown on the job requisition's Overview and Details tabs.
Edit Locations of a Job Requisition with Job Applications
Edit the primary location or the other locations of a job requisition which can no longer be redrafted because it has job applications for example.
Enhanced Job Requisition Security Profile
Control job requisition security at the granular level of a team member. Define security for updating and deleting job requisition data, which is independent of the security required for viewing the data.
Autocomplete Rules - When and Why Section for Job Offers
Author autocomplete rules for the fields in the When and Why section of Offer business object for the create offer, edit offer, and copy offer actions.
Comments and Attachments About Job Offers
Provide free-text comments about each job offer, visible to internal users and approvers but not to candidates. The field Offer Comments appears on the job applications' Offer tab in the section where internal-facing attachments are managed. Any offer attachments to be displayed to candidates are now managed in the section that contains the offer letter and any expiration date.
Prevent Redrafting Completed Offers
Prevent old completed job offers from being redrafted and from participating in other processes across the suite. Configurable settings define how many days is appropriate to allow a redraft if needed, for offers that have reached the final status HR - Processed and for offers in the inactive states Withdrawn by Candidate or Rejected.
Use of Terminate Offer Work Relationship Action Code for Job Offers
Take advantage of the action code Terminate Offer Work Relationship (ORA_PER_EMPL_TERMINATE_OFFER) assigned for terminated offers to exclude offer terminations when configuring your journey and checklist templates for termination.
Agency Support for Role Category and User Name
Select a role category when creating agents instead of using the default category. You can also define a user name pattern such as lastname.firstname to support single sign-on (SSO) and consistency across users and agents.
Automated Hiring Team and Agent Notifications 
Send messages to members of the job requisition and job offer hiring teams and recruiting agents automatically as job applications are moved through the candidate selection process using the enhanced Send Notification action.
Extract Large Objects Using HCM Extracts
Use HCM Extracts of type Large Objects Extracts to extract these recruiting large objects: requisition, requisition template, job offer.

Create agents for an existing agency using HCM Data Loader.
Transactional Business Intelligence for Recruiting
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence is a real time, self-service reporting solution offered to all Oracle Cloud application users to create ad hoc reports and analyze them for daily decision-making. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence provides human resources managers and specialists, business executives, and line managers the critical workforce information to analyze workforce costs, staffing, compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee benefits.

Additional Candidate Preferences in Reporting
Create reports using candidate preferences that were added to the Recruiting Real Time subject area.
Additional Offer Fields in Job Offer Dimension
Create reports using additional fields that were added to the basic information of a job offer in the Recruiting Real Time subject area.
Multiple Offer Support in Recruiting Subject Areas
Create reports using the Offer object status which is now available in the new active offer metric. This is useful for merged candidates who might have multiple offers on a single job application.
Candidate Profile Information Added to the Recruiting Events Subject Area
Create reports using candidate and job application profile values which are now available in the Recruiting - Recruiting Events Real Time subject area. Candidate and job application profile values are now available in both Recruiting Events and Recruiting subject areas to minimize joins between these subject areas.
