Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.

Oracle Recruiting Booster enables hiring managers and recruiters to engage candidates at scale via conversational experiences and two-way messaging; create and manage hiring events with registration flows, pre-screening questionnaires and scheduling capabilities; manage shared interview schedules, sync with calendars to automate interview scheduling, distribute interview guides and collect feedback from the interviewers. This product requires a separate license.
Two-Way Messaging Implementation Update

Enhance the search experience for external career sites using the Minimal template by triggering search immediately after a candidate selects a value from the keyword or location search autosuggest.

CKEditor 5 in Career Site Design Editor
Take advantage of the CKEditor 5 when designing career sites.
Configurable Career Site Job Details Page
Configure the job details page displayed on the career site to match the look and feel of your corporate identity. Job detail pages now have the same capabilities that are available with career site custom pages, including configurable splash pages, and configurable search results pages.
Configuration of Miscellaneous Documents Attached by Candidates
Take advantage of additional configuration options for miscellaneous documents attached by external candidates. You can define what types of attachments aren't allowed.
Enhanced Relevancy and Precision in Job Search
Provide external candidates with more relevant results when they search jobs on external career sites. The posting date and Hot Job indicator are now considered in search relevancy.
Expose or Hide Date of Birth and National Identifier in the Sensitive Personal Information Block
Customize the application flow for external candidates by exposing or hiding the Date of Birth and National Identifier fields in the Sensitive Personal Information block.
Expose Over 10 Filter Values by Default
Enhance the external career site's filtering panel by exposing over 10 values for each filter by default.
Take advantage of optimized source information. When capturing source information, the domain name of the source is now captured along with the long URL. The domain name appears in the interface (display name), whereas the long URL is available in the database for reporting purposes. In addition, you can modify source tracking information.
Posting Locations on External Career Sites
Allow external candidates to explore all posting locations directly from the job list. In addition, take advantage of additional configuration options for the job locations display within job details.
Enhance your corporate branding by defining a site display name for the URL. Site display names will be used in external career site URLs instead of a site number.
Use the new Workplace attribute available in job requisitions and external career sites. A workplace can be on-site, remote, or hybrid.
Candidates and Candidate Job Applications
Allow Candidates with Withdrawn Job Applications to Reapply 
Let candidates reapply to job requisitions when they have a withdrawn job application on the requisition.
Find a Candidate in Candidate Search
Look up candidates quickly with the Find a Candidate page in Candidate Search. Key fields are presented on an entry form, you can press Enter to run the search.
Optimize your pool member list with an expanded and configurable data set displayed in the list view. This includes a Resume Preview link.
New Print Action for Job Applications 
Use the new Print action to create a PDF version of job applications. You can select one or more job application, specify which content and attachments are included, and generate a PDF file that can then be shared with other users involved in the review and selection of job applications.
Microsoft Teams Integration in Interview Schedules
Configure interview schedules to use Microsoft Team to generate web conference links for interviews.
CKEditor 5 to Manage Campaign Content
Edit your campaign emails and landing pages using CKEditor 5.
Metrics in Requisition Overview
View various metrics regarding the job applications of a requisition such as source tracking, candidate types, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Sending Additional Requisition Flexfields to Partners

Autocomplete Rules - Extend Rules for Job Offer
Write autocomplete rules for the Job Offers business object by referring to fields in the Assignment Info section, the Offer Team section, and job applications of the candidate.
Payroll Support for Offers to Internal Candidates
Take advantage of Payroll Info section support in the offers for internal candidates. This feature will allow the payroll information to be captured in the offers page for internal movement scenarios, and transferred seamlessly to the employee payroll without manual intervention.

Use HCM Extracts to extract job requisitions tagged as Hot Job. A new field IRC_EXTRACTS_REQUISITION_HOT_JOB_FLAG has been added to the IRC_EXTRACTS_REQUISITION_DETAILS_UE user entity.
Extract Job Applications Where Candidates Withdrew Then Reapplied to the Job
Use HCM Extracts to extract job applications for which a candidate withdrew from the application process then reapplied to the job. A new field Extracts Submission Is Discarded has been added to the IRC_EXTRACTS_SUBMISSION_DETAILS_UE user entity.
Recruiting Replaced or Removed Features
From time to time, Oracle replaces existing features with new features, or removes existing features. Replaced features may be put on a path of removal, the features below will let you know what update you will have to have moved to the newer feature. As a best practice, you should move to the newer feature as soon as possible for full support and to stay up with the latest updates that the product offers. Any feature that is removed, will have an Update in which that feature is no longer available. Please make necessary plans to move off the feature by the Update indicated, as it will no longer be available.
Recommend for Rehire Filter Removed
Take note that with the 23A release the Recommended for Rehire filter was removed from the job application list filters due to performance impacts.

Change Duration and Interviewers When Sending an Interview Invitation
Select a different meeting duration and different interviewers when sending an interview invitation to candidates. This feature is for candidate-managed interview schedules configured to make use of interviewers' availability.
Configure the Visibility of the Interviewers' Availability Interview Schedule Setting
Configure the visibility of the "Candidates schedule based on interviewers' availability" setting on candidate-managed interview schedules when the Microsoft 365 integration is enabled.
Take advantage of a new work area allowing interview coordinators to view and manage interview requests, scheduled interviews, and interviews on which the coordinator is also an interviewer.
Request Interview to be Scheduled
Request interview to be scheduled for a job application. Interview coordinators can review the list of requests and take action to schedule interviews.

Set up hiring events by:
- Enabling Opt-in to Recruiting Booster.
- Creating event registration flows.
- Creating event categories using lookups.
- Enabling events on external career sites.
- Assigning event privileges.
- Configuring event-related notifications.
Create and Format Hiring Events
Create and format hiring events that match your requirements. You can:
- Create events from scratch, or copy an existing event.
- Customize the event look and feel with a banner image, event description, and candidate registration form tailored to your needs.
- Preview the event prior to publishing.
- Publish events on career sites that allow events.
Advertise hiring events that are public by posting them to external career sites. Alternatively, send invitations to qualified candidates to attend private events. Private events are only available to a closed group.
Candidate Registration Self-Service for Hiring Events
Allow external candidates to:
- Search for and select events on external career sites.
- Register for events using external career sites. They can also register for events using event invites.
- Manage their event registrations using candidate self-service capabilities.
Manage Hiring Events and Engage with Candidates
Manage hiring events and engage with candidates by:
- Allowing candidates to check themselves into the event.
- Recording the interactions with candidates that happen during the course of the event.
- Sending personalized messages to candidates to keep them up-to-date with the various event happenings.
Hiring Event Candidate Matching
Build talent pipelines by matching qualified candidates from the event to open requisitions and candidate pools using filters and search. You can also assess event success with metrics which show the number of candidates who have been matched to requisitions from that particular event.
Oracle Recruiting Assistant - Enhanced Recruiting Skill
Provide a rich user experience to candidates using Oracle Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting skills have been enhanced to answer candidates’ questions related to jobs, organizations, cultures, benefits, holidays, and so on. Enrich candidate's experience by seamlessly responding to job search, application status, withdraw applications and questions.
Transactional Business Intelligence for Recruiting
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence is a real time, self-service reporting solution offered to all Oracle Cloud application users to create ad hoc reports and analyze them for daily decision-making. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence provides human resources managers and specialists, business executives, and line managers the critical workforce information to analyze workforce costs, staffing, compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee benefits.

Discarded Flag in Job Application Reports
Create reports by including the Application Discarded Indicator in your job application reports. This indicator is available on job applications where a candidate withdrew from the application process then reapplied to the job.
Hot Job Flag in Requisition Reports
Create reports by including the Requisition Hot Job Indicator into your requisition reports.
Additional Assignment Fields in Job Offer Dimension
Create reports using additional assignment fields. All the assignment fields used in Recruiting are now available in the job offer dimension.
New Secured HR Position Dimension in Recruiting Subject Area
Take note that the Job Requisition > Position folder has been replaced by a folder called Job Requisition > HR Position. There is no change in behavior, but when queried alone, position data security applies.
