Oracle Recruiting provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.
Prefill Prescreening Questionnaire While Creating a Job Application on Behalf of a Candidate
Have the prescreening questionnaire prefilled when you add a candidate to a requisition and select the option to create a job application on behalf of the candidate.

Take advantage of Oracle Search in Recruiting with the following list of values:

Recruiting Feature Configuration Report
Review the status of the key recruiting features and processes scheduled in the customer's environment using the new Recruiting feature configuration report. This report will aid as a self-service tool to understand the health of the system and address any anomaly observed.
Diversity and Disability Questions
Take advantage of the improved usability of diversity and disability blocks in external application flows. If a job is posted to multiple countries with different setups for diversity and disability questions, now those blocks are visible to candidates as an accordion. Candidates click the appropriate country to expand the section, and then provide the required info.
Explore Jobs Using Oracle Maps
Give your candidates an easy, visual way to explore jobs using the map view.
Expose More Requisition Fields to External Candidates
Display more requisition fields on external career sites. The list of fields that can be exposed in job details pages has been expanded.
Improved Navigation on the Career Site
Give your external candidates an improved navigation experience. When external candidates are visiting a job page from an external source, they'll have an easy way to access other jobs.
Support Synonyms in Candidate Experience Keyword Search
Enhance the keyword search experience in external career sites by allowing candidates to use common synonyms and abbreviations. A list of some common synonyms is provided with this enhancement, and you can also add your own.
Access Type Configuration for Microsoft 365 Integration for Interview Management
Configure the Microsoft 365 integration used for interview management to access the Microsoft 365 information using a single user, providing more control on which information can be accessed.
Additional Interview Slots Request From Candidates
Let candidates request additional interview slots when they're asked to select an interview slot for their interview.
Prevent Candidate From Scheduling Interview When Application is Rejected or Withdrawn 
Prevent candidates from scheduling an interview when their job application was rejected or withdrawn after receiving an interview invitation.
Zoom Meetings in Interview Scheduling
Generate Zoom meeting links to be used for interviews. This is available for both candidate managed and hiring team managed scheduling.
Print Pool Members From Pool Member List
Print pool members from the pool member list. You can print pool members as a bulk action.
Remove Candidates From Pools When Moving to the HR Phase
Enable a capability that automatically removes candidates from all candidate pools when they move to the HR phase on a requisition.
Select All Capability on Pool Member List
Use the Select All checkbox on the pool member list to select all the candidates, and apply bulk actions. This capability is available when there are 50 or fewer candidates displayed, including after applying filters.
Candidates and Candidate Job Applications
Address Update of External Contingent Workers
Take note that you can no longer update the address of external contingent workers.
Interview Feedback Rating in the Print Job Application
View interview feedback overall rating when you print a job application.
Mandatory Candidate Phone Legislation Code
Take note that the phone legislation code is required when creating or updating a phone number for a candidate. The phone legislation code is a field in the back-end table that gets autopopulated if the country code is selected in the UI, provided the profile option ORA_IRC_PHONE_LEGISLATION_CODE_ENABLED is enabled.
See Recent Requisitions When Selecting a Requisition
See recent requisitions in the selector when you select a requisition for various actions. Only recent requisitions are displayed in the selector when no keywords are provided.
Revert Candidate Applications to Prior Phase From Offer Phase
Revert candidate job applications to the prior phase after they reach the Offer phase. User experience will be same as moving the candidate applications from other pre-offer phases to prior phase.
Delivery Status Indicators for Messages
View the delivery status of SMS messages when you send or receive them using Oracle Recruiting. The delivery status indicates whether the message was sent, delivered, failed during delivery, or was received.
Candidates can now opt out of SMS communications with the recruiting team by simply sending a STOP message in the existing message thread. Candidates will then no longer be able to receive messages from the recruiting team. They can restart the conversation by sending a START message in the same message thread.
Recruiting Activity Center Extensibility
Customize Recruiting Activity Center requisition and job application preview and requisition and offer action panels using business rules. The preview and action panel key info sections can be configured to show fields based on the viewing user's role.
Adjustments to the Recruiting Candidates REST Service
Take note that the CountryId and StateProvinceId fields have been replaced by CountryCode and StateProvinceCode.
Oracle Recruiting Booster enables hiring managers and recruiters to engage candidates at scale via conversational experiences and two-way messaging; create and manage hiring events with registration flows, pre-screening questionnaires and scheduling capabilities; manage shared interview schedules, sync with calendars to automate interview scheduling, distribute interview guides and collect feedback from the interviewers. This product requires a separate license.
Copy Questions While Duplicating an Event
Copy the prescreening and disqualification questions while duplicating an event.
Event Manager Confirmed Registrations
Allow event owners to manage candidate registrations and approve them based on certain criteria, rather than by automatic approvals, so that only suitable candidates can attend events.
Take note that two new event user roles have been introduced as part of 23D:
- View Recruiting Events: ORA_IRC_VIEW_RECRUITING_EVENT
- Manage Recruiting Events: ORA_IRC_MANAGE_RECRUITING_EVENT
Roles with existing view/manage functional privileges will continue to work until update 24A, at which time they'll be permanently removed. We recommend that you begin using the new roles as soon as possible to avoid losing access.
Allow event owners to filter attendees based on the responses they've provided to prescreening questions.
Search for Jobs Using QR Codes
Allow candidates to scan a QR code to find jobs of their interest. When Recruiting Booster is enabled, the recruiting team can now generate the QR code, which candidates can scan to view job openings in the Recruiting Assistant.
Notify Hiring Team of Candidate Replies to Auto-Generated Emails
Notify hiring team members when a candidate replies to a system-generated email. When a system-generated email is sent from a vanity email ID and candidates reply to it, hiring team members can now receive an email notification about it.
Transactional Business Intelligence for Recruiting
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence is a real time, self-service reporting solution offered to all Oracle Cloud application users to create ad hoc reports and analyze them for daily decision-making. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence provides human resources managers and specialists, business executives, and line managers the critical workforce information to analyze workforce costs, staffing, compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee benefits.
