New Fact Folder Relationships Between Existing Dimension Folders
In the Risk Management Cloud Compliance Real Time and Assessment Results Real Time subject areas, information is centered on a fact, and that fact is joined to several dimensions. Additional fact relationships between existing dimensions have been implemented, thereby enhancing your real-time insight into your data.

A new dimension is now available in Risk Management Cloud - Compliance Real Time: Control Details > Control Assessment Result Details.

Record ID Is Displayed and Available for Search
The system-generated record number is now rendered as a record ID for the following object records: Process, Risk, Control, all Control Test Plans, Assessment Result Record, Issue, Remediation Plan, and Action Item. These record IDs are visible in OTBI and can be configured as deep links.
Oracle continues to enhance the user experience. Layout improvements have been made in the Detail forms and Additional Information panels for records of the following objects.

In addition there were table header changes made to Perspectives > Perspectives Hierarchies definition UX page.
Selection of Perspective Hierarchies for Assessment Batches Is Refined
The Assessment Batch Scoping guided process now makes perspective hierarchies available only if they are mapped to the type of object you're assessing (Process, Risk, or Control).
Support of Rich HTML in Survey Instructions
In the Create Survey Template page, you can now apply rich HTML to the survey's instructions.
In the Controls search page, you can now search for control records by type. You define control type values in the Lookups feature of Setup and Administration, and then assign the values to controls as you create or edit them.
Changes Are Made to Business Objects
This release includes changes and attribute additions to business objects. Updated business objects include Employee Job Assignment, Business Operating Unit, Payroll Transactions, Purchasing Approved Supplier List Statuses, and five audit objects.
Revised Model in Content Library
In the Enterprise Resource Planning content library, model 30003: Backdated Purchase Orders is updated.
Better Visibility to the Progress of Business Object Data Synchronization
During a data synchronization job, you can view the current status of each business object undergoing synchronization: whether it's pending, in progress, or completed. In addition, the count of records processed with no error now includes those that haven't been updated, but were still processed. To view this information, open the Summary page available from the record of the synchronization job in the Manage Jobs page.
Now you can copy access entitlements. You can easily copy all of the access points from one entitlement to a new entitlement, where you can remove or add access points as needed. Just change the entitlement name to make it unique and you're all set to use the newly copied entitlement.
Updated Delivered Model Content
Oracle has removed 2 models, 6923: Enter Journals and Manage General Ledger Enterprise Structures and 7556: Post Journal Entry and Manage General Ledger Enterprise Structures. Oracle has also updated 2 entitlements: Set Up General Ledgers and Create Payments. Updates to the entitlements affect 13 models.
Expanded the Copy Certification List of Values
As you create a new certification, you can base it on a prior certification. You can now select among all previous certifications, regardless of their status. The Reuse Prior Certification Definition field displays the certifications in chronological order with the most recent listed first, and allows suggestive search.
The Access Certification email reminders have been reworked. Owners and managers can send email reminders manually by clicking Actions > Send Email Reminder in any active certification.
