Email from Address Based on User Messaging Service
For email messages sent by Risk Management, the sender email domain is the one set as the default in the User Messaging Service (UMS).

New Perspectives in Advanced Controls Analyses
The Risk Management Cloud - Advanced Access Controls Real Time subject area and the Risk Management Cloud - Advanced Financial Controls Real Time subject area have been enhanced to allow you to create analyses that include control and control result assignment perspectives.
New Attribute Distinguishes Predefined Jobs from Custom Jobs
In the Scheduling page of the Setup and Administration work area, a new attribute tells whether each job was predefined by Oracle or created by the customer.
Financial Reporting Compliance
Financial Reporting Compliance
The management and completion of surveys are improved. The buttons a user clicks to select survey participants are now consistent in the Initiate Survey and Edit Survey pages. Users can now search for specific participants in the survey's participant list. The creation of survey questions has been enhanced to allow duplicate question text.
Improvements to Import Error Messages
Oracle has enhanced the error messages returned by the Data Migration import feature.
Changes Are Made to Business Objects
This release includes label changes, attribute additions, and a relationship change to business objects. We added attributes to these four audit objects: Audit - General Payables Options, Audit - Item Attachments, Audit - Person Allocated Checklist, and Audit - Person Allocated Checklist Tasks. Five other audit objects had label changes. The relationship between Purchasing Contracts and Payables Invoice was updated.
New and Revised Models in Content Library
Nine new models for Advanced Financial Controls are available in the content library. Also, four models are updated in the content library.

Revised Models in Content Library
Oracle has updated the Enter Journals entitlement by removing two privileges. This affects 32 models that reference the Enter Journals entitlement. Also updated is the Manage Accounting Period Statuses for General Ledger entitlement, which affects 3 models.
Data-Security Values in Advanced Access Requests
While requesting a role for a user, a security manager may define data-security contexts, which limit the data records the user can create or work with while using the requested role. Selecting one, more, or all values for a security context is now easier.
Additional Information in Advanced Access Request Reports
Users of Advanced Access Requests can export request records to an Excel spreadsheet. These exports now include information related to requester comments, data-security context, and rejected requests.
Usability Updates in Advanced Access Requests
Usability updates to Advanced Access Requests include the following:
- Open requests for inactive or removed users are automatically revoked.
- The record for each request displays a status "badge." It's updated to show when the request is being analyzed for separation-of-duties conflicts.
- When users must act on access requests, Advanced Access Requests can now send notifications as well as email alerts. Notifications are available from the Notifications icon in the global header.
Manual Removals in Advanced Access Requests
Security administrators can now use the Advanced Access Requests feature of Advanced Controls to submit users' role assignments to be removed. They can track information about removal requests, such as what roles were removed from which users, and by whom.
