Link to SCM Application Pages Using Deep Links
In this update, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud delivers new deep links that provide easy navigation directly to application pages without using the menu structure. You can use these links in a variety of ways, such as in business intelligence reports, notifications, and third-party application pages.
Configure Tables and Graphs by Filtering Across Multiple Hierarchies in the Same Dimension
Apply an AND condition or an OR condition when filtering across multiple hierarchies within the same dimension while configuring tables and graphs.
Configure Tables and Graphs Using Context-Sensitive Member Selection
Filter the members available for selection based on previous selections while configuring tables and graphs. As you make your selections, the list of values available for selection are limited to those that are active based on the selections you already made.
Drill to a Page Layout from a Table or a Graph
Drill down from a planning analytic to a page layout with multiple tables and graphs, rather than just to a single table or graph.
Activate Dynamic Links Between Analytics Automatically
Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud now activates the dynamic links for all destination analytics within a layout as soon as you open the layout. You no longer need to manually activate the dynamic link to a table or graph by drilling from the source planning analytic.
Create New Product Combinations Using the Product Launch Process
Use the existing new product introduction process to instantiate the combinations of dimension values in a new product based on existing products without actually copying data.
Extract Collected and Simulation Set Data for Items Using REST Services
Use REST services to extract items from either collected or simulation set data.
Maintain optimum inventory levels at each node of your supply chain to meet customer service targets at the lowest inventory cost. Use automated processes to maintain inventory policy parameters and improve customer service levels. These automated processes dynamically update the inventory to keep on hand and reduce costs by calculating the economic order quantity for replenishment when appropriate.
After you opt in to the feature named Replenishment Planning, you can use the feature described in this section.
Use Externally-Calculated Safety Stock Targets
Upload the safety stock target of an item location as a static value in quantity units to be used in the computation of inventory policy values.
Extract Inventory Policy Assignments Using a REST Service
Use a REST service to extract inventory policy assignments and segment-level inventory policy parameters.
Configure Tables and Graphs Using Context-Sensitive Member Selection

Extract Collected and Simulation Set Data for Items Using REST Services
Use REST services to extract items from either collected or simulation set data.
Query Supplies and Demands by Using the IN Operator for Order Numbers
Search for supplies and demands more quickly by using the IN operator for order numbers using the Manage Conditions UI. This feature enables you to query multiple orders using a set of comma-separated values.
Consider the Nettable Status of Subinventories During Aggregate Planning
Enable the nettable option for subinventories for the inclusion of on hand, purchase orders, and transfer orders when running your aggregate plans.
Extract Collected Data and Manage Simulation Changes for Bills of Resources Using REST Services
Use REST services to update usage quantities for resources and components of bills of resources in simulation sets. A component or resource can also be inserted into a simulation set from plan inputs for existing bills of resources.

Plan Demands from Maintenance Work Orders
Plan supplies for components required by maintenance work orders, such as work orders created to maintain production equipment and transportation fleets.
Respect Reservation of Component Supply to a Work Order When Planning an Oracle Cloud Source System
Honor reservations of component inventory to work orders when planning. The reservations are entered in the Oracle Cloud source system and may include on-hand or inbound supply.
Create and run supply plans that consider material and capacity constraints. Focus on meeting demand on time by evaluating all possible alternatives, such as using different sources, substitute components, or alternative work definitions.
After you opt in to the feature named Constraint-Based Planning, you can use the feature described in this section.
Set Component Supply Due Dates Prior to Assembly Start Dates
When you're planning in daily buckets, component supply due dates are set to the day prior to the start date of the operation of consuming supply for an assembly. Previously, the component supply due dates were set to the same day as the start date of the operation of consuming supply for an assembly.
Reschedule your order backlog by prioritizing orders based on flexible demand priority rules. You can simulate the effect of different rules to find the best combination of scheduled dates and sources based upon the latest supply information, and release the updated orders to order management systems for execution.
After you opt in to the feature named Order Backlog Management, you can use the features described in this section.
Export Information About Which Items Need to Ship Together or Arrive Together
Include the shipment set details that indicate which items need to ship together, as well as arrival set details that describe which items should arrive together, when you export the order backlog to a file in the Backlog Analysis UI. Using this information, you can more easily review the shipment set or arrival set constraints identified through backlog management simulations.
