Time and Time Zone for Tasks and Checklists Configuration
Define a specific time for the deadline to complete a task or checklist when creating it or when assigning it to an individual. Users can see the time specified for the deadline, when the task was completed, or when the task was last updated in their preferred time zone so they understand exactly what time is referenced by the task or checklist.
Student Management Cloud delivers new pages, page elements, and page permissions assigned to the predefined job roles in each release. Update the user-defined job roles created earlier to assign the newly delivered pages, page elements, and page permissions.
Search Result Filters for Access Information
Find access information more quickly by only selecting filter values that are valid for the search results on the list view of pages, users, and data profiles. The search results are now preserved to shorten the response time for filtering the search results.
Managed Student Group Invitation Communication Tokens
Send communications that include the group manager's name and email address so the person being invited to the group understands who initiated the invitation.
Error Messages for Application Fee Payment Transactions
See simplified error messages when making payments associated to application submission. This enhancement makes it clear to users what has happened, the next actions to take (if any), and prevent multiple payments from being made.
Payment Reversal for Organizations
Reverse payments for organizations sponsoring students. This feature enables you to do the reversal directly in Student Management, so you are better able to handle changes to organizations' accounts when they arise.
Academic Business Unit Configuration
Configure an academic business unit based on your financial processing requirements. Administrators can map to an existing Oracle Financials business unit, enable discounts at the academic business unit level, maintain transaction sources, and set up refund and payment method defaults. They can also assign receipt and transaction defaults.
Create refunds for all the unapplied receipts on student or organization accounts. For each refund process, you can determine the type of accounts to select, the types of refunds to produce, and how to handle accounts with unpaid charges. You can run the process immediately or schedule it to run in the future. You can also review previous processes and address failures.
Search for and view issued refunds. See the transaction and payment information related to a refunded credit for a student, sponsor, or other party.
Students can set up their refund payment preferences. They can update their preferences as their life circumstances change. When a preferred method can't be used, institutions can use lower priority refund methods to ensure students receive the refund.
View, create, and update identifiers to associate with organizations. Administrators can search for identifiers, create new identifiers and maintain additional details about them.
View, create, and update person contacts to associate with organizations. Administrators can search for, create, and maintain additional details about contacts.
View, create, and update location addresses to associate with organizations. Administrators can search for, create, and maintain additional details about locations.
External Organization Configuration
View, create, and update external organizations. Administrators can find external organizations using an advanced search capability. They can also create new external organizations and maintain additional details about them. Additionally, they can assign person contacts, location addresses, and identifiers to external organizations.
Attachment Configuration for Admissions Application Forms
Define the attachments you want to require or otherwise define for an admissions application form. Admissions managers can group similar attachments and define meaningful display names for individual attachments to help applicants understand the attachments they need to submit with their application.

Upload the required or optional attachments to an admissions application form in an updated experience. Applicants can see all attachments that they should be uploading and drop their attachments in a drop zone.
Administrators can search and filter the form inventory to find the form they are looking for more quickly.
