Service Logistics & Billing Cloud
Manage Field Parts Stocking Locations
Using the Field Service portal, easily manage stock levels in field stocking locations, including technician trunk stock. The Field Service portal enables you to receive parts, transfer parts, and order parts to replenish stock levels.
Source and Order Service Parts & Initiate Returns
When a service request requires parts to resolve the problem, you can easily record the required parts, determine the availability dates for those parts from a variety of sources, and then order those parts for the service request. Parts can then be shipped directly to the customer to resolve the problem or to a technician to perform the work. You can also initiate a Return Material Authorization and communicate return instructions to the customer. As all of these activities are possible from within the service request, issues can be resolved quickly and correctly.
Integrate with Oracle Field Service Cloud
Integrate with Oracle Field Service Cloud for field service scheduling and mobile field service capabilities. This integration automatically creates technician information in Field Service Cloud and confirms that technician inventory is automatically synchronized to maintain proper trunk stock inventory.
