Service Logistics Cloud

Manual Service Charge Adjustments

You can now make adjustments to charge amounts calculated by Pricing.

Field Service Cloud Parts and Debrief Integration

Enables field service technicians to use Oracle Field Service Cloud to upload debrief transactions to Supply Chain Cloud for review and billing.  This integration ensures that work can be properly reviewed and accurately invoiced.  The integration also updates customer asset information, spare parts inventory, and costing.

Part Requirements and Ordering UI

Define part requirements, and source and order parts for Engagement Cloud service requests and work orders as well as for third party systems.

Review Service Charges and Initiate Billing

Review charges for parts, labor and expenses incurred and make any necessary adjustments prior to invoicing a customer. This review automates the billing for services and ensures the invoice accurately reflects the amount due, so you can receive timely payment for the services rendered.
