Create Work Order Profitability Analyses and Reports Using OTBI

Create work order profitability reports and analyses using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Manage Depot Repair

Manage the complete repair and return of your customer's asset using the new depot repair functionality.  This solution enables you to take the repair request, generate the Return Material Authorization (RMA), receive and repair the asset, and then return the repaired asset to your customer.  You can then initiate billing your customer for the services rendered.

Provide Parts Logistics and Debrief for Generic Work Orders

Source and order parts and debrief and post charges for Engagement Cloud generic work orders (no associated Oracle Field Service Cloud activity).
