Service Logistics Cloud

Use Service Contract Discounts to Calculate Charges

Use discounts for parts, labor and expenses defined in service contracts to accurately invoice for services rendered.

Achieve Greater Business Insight with Landing Page Enhancements

Use the new landing page infolets to view key metrics and take action.

Streamline Shipping for Depot Repair

Streamline the creation of depot repair and part exchange shipment order lines.  When creating return material authorizations (RMAs) for parts exchange and depot repair, you can also easily create the corresponding shipment order.  This process also links the return and shipment lines so that the Installed Base asset information is automatically updated when the broken product or part is received, and when the repaired or replacement product is shipped.  This functionality is available in the Service Request Parts Tab and in the Part Requirements UI.

Access Service Requests and Work Orders Directly from Service Logistics

Easily access the associated service request and work order UIs directly from your Service Logistics UIs.
