Receive Parts from Oracle Field Service Cloud

You can now receive parts from Oracle Field Service Cloud so that field service technicians have the parts needed to perform their work.

More Detailed and Complete Costs and Charges for Field Service and Depot Repair

In Field Service, you can now capture more detailed cost information about resources used to perform the service. For Depot Repair, you can now capture more detailed charge information for both labor and non-labor activities. Also, you can now charge for outside processing.

Use Transfer Orders to Support Complex Depot Repair Logistics

Use transfer orders to process returns and shipments for repairs.

Access Service Logistics Depot Repair Workbench from B2B Service Requests

Easily access Service Logistics Depot Repair Workbench from a B2B service request RMA to create estimates and review the status of a repair.

Capture Debrief and Part Requirement Information Using Flexfields

Flexfields are now provided so you can capture relevant information when creating part requirements and performing your debrief.
