Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides tools for hiring managers and recruiters to source and nurture candidates, create and manage job requisitions, screen and select candidates, create and manage job offers, and onboard new employees into the organization. It also provides career sites for employees and external candidates to search, discover and apply to jobs using a frictionless application process.
Improved radius search finds jobs not only within a selected radius from a city center but also inside the entire selected city. This improvement is especially helpful when searching for jobs in large metropolitan areas.
Sign Out Option in Candidate Self-Service

Create questions that will accept a date response from participants. A date picker will be available to them when they respond to such questions in a questionnaire.
Oracle Career Development provides tools for workers and managers to manage their career interests and development plans. These tools include recommendations on roles based on workers’ qualifications, comparisons to target roles and required development needs for workers. You can establish development goals and manage development progress, by managing the roles of interest for the worker and comprehensive development plan for workers.
You can now manage your near and long-term career development strategies using a development plan. Based on your role permissions, you can create and manage your development goals within your development plan. You can tag goals with Development Intents. Development Intents are tags that allow you to organize and track your goal towards future development.

Talent Review Box Assignment Journey Event
Enhance the Journeys experience by configuring the Box Assignment event which can trigger a journey when an employee's talent review box assignment has changed according to your configuration.
Import/Export Support for Talent Review Display Color Coding Options
Add color to your reviews. The import/export feature for talent review configuration now supports the color coding configuration for risk of loss, impact of loss, and mobility display options.
New Ratings Source for Talent Review Manager Prepare Review Content Ratings
Distinguish ratings submitted by a manager on the talent review Prepare Review Content page. When viewing ratings in the employee’s profile, you will now see a new ratings source called "Talent Review Meeting Preparation" for ratings submitted by the manager prior to the start of the talent review meeting.
Exclude Contingent Workers from Review Population Search
Leverage the new worker type filter option when you search for employees to add to your review population. You now have the option to include or exclude contingent workers, workers, and nonworkers when conducting your review population search.
Oracle Succession Management helps to create succession plans to replace key personnel. Succession plans identify workers who are ready now, or can develop the necessary skills, for jobs and positions that aren't currently vacant, insuring, a smooth transition and help you to manage candidate development.
Succession Readiness Journey Event
Enhance the Journeys experience by configuring the Succession Readiness event which can trigger a journey when a candidate’s readiness is changed according to your configuration.
Select Owners to Notify for Succession Alerts
Leverage the ability to select the succession plan owners who need to receive succession-related notifications. In each plan, you can now indicate which owners should receive notifications for the plan changes.
Succession Alerts on Role Change Effective Date
Receive succession alerts regarding candidate or incumbent role changes in Global HR Employment on the day the role changes take effect. Prior to this release, the alerts were sent as soon as the role change was entered in the employee’s employment record.
Succession Replaced or Removed Features
From time to time, Oracle replaces existing features with new features, or removes existing features.
Replaced features may be put on a path of removal, the features below will let you know what update you will have to have moved to the newer feature. As a best practice, you should move to the newer feature as soon as possible for full support and to stay up with the latest updates that the product offers.
Any feature that is removed, will have an Update in which that feature is no longer available. Please make necessary plans to move off the feature by the Update indicated, as it will no longer be available.
Talent Pools Quick Action Removal
The Talent Pools Quick Action has been removed. Use the dedicated Talent Pools app under My Client Groups to access the talent pools work area.
Oracle Fusion Profile Management provides a common foundation for the talent suite of products and other Oracle Cloud applications to retrieve, insert, and update talent profile information. Profile Management also supports the HR specialists, line managers, matrix managers, and employees in performing critical HR talent functions. Managing people and job profiles, career planning functions, managing, and tracking talent data can be also done through Profile Management.
Date-Tracking and Source for Changes to the Languages Content Section Entries in Talent Profiles
Track history and source for changes to profile items in the Languages content section on a Talent profile. When changes are made to languages in the Talent profile, you will now see date-tracked history of changes as well as the source of those changes as Prerequisite, Learning Outcome, Development Goal Target Outcome, Goal Target Outcomes, or Profiles.
Oracle Goal Management enables you to transform business objectives into goals across various organization levels, providing a clear line of sight from managers to employees. Business leaders can communicate high-level initiatives which managers can translate into goals for their employees.

Use Performance Goals Approvals Bypass that now includes performance goals actions, tasks, measurements, and target outcomes. When bypass is enabled for a specific goal action or a goal manage feature, the goal is immediately updated bypassing the manual and auto-approval rule set.
Evaluation Type Attribute in Goal Plan
Take advantage of the new Evaluation Type attribute of goal plans to synchronize performance goals in Goal Management with those included in performance documents. When users create a performance document, goal plans that have the same evaluation type as that defined in the performance template are automatically added as evaluation topics.

Reduce the time you spend checking the system for updates to check-ins by enabling new notifications. Here's when you can send notifications:
- When you create check-in discussion topics or notes.
- When you delete check-ins, discussion topics or notes.
You can view the note text directly in the notification.
Enhanced Security for Employee List of Values (LOV) in HR Admin Pages
Secure the employee list of values which displays to the HR specialist in the performance admin pages. If an employee has multiple assignments, then the application returns all the assignments the HR specialist has access to, not just the assignment selected from the list of values.
Automate Synchronized Goals in Performance Documents
Automate the synchronization of goals in performance documents. With this feature, in progress performance documents are automatically updated with new performance and development goals. No need for the employee or manager to manually update it. You can still exclude goals from ratings and comments, you just have to mark them as not ready to evaluate, rather than removing them from the performance document.
Simplified Check-In Deletion Process
Easily delete a check-in document if it contains notes or questionnaire responses added by you (an employee or manager) only. Saving you time because you don't have to delete the notes or questionnaire responses first.

Fewer Clicks to Launch eLearning from Course Enrollment Details
Launch eLearning with a single click on the course enrollment details page when you receive a course assignment and haven’t yet selected an offering to complete the training. This enhanced design simplifies the learner's experience because there are now fewer clicks to get to eLearning.
Configure SCORM and HACP content to allow a specific number of attempts before completing the learner's enrollment as Not Passed. This is a new option for the Recorded Attempts field, which previously allowed for Single or Unlimited attempts.
Updated Learning Administrator Navigation and Catalog Search Experience
Access learning administration tasks directly using new quick actions that provide you with direct access to many learning administrator tasks. In addition, the learning administrator app has been updated with a new landing page experience that is similar to the other apps in My Client Groups.
Use Learning Record Change Events in HCM Journeys Workflows
Use the new HCM Journeys integration and automate a series of tasks for employees when they are assigned or complete learning.
Time of Day Displayed for Completion Dates
Take note that the completion date values shown in the learning self-service and the learning administration areas will now display the time the learning record completion occurred. The time will always be displayed in universal time (UTC). Previously, only the completion date was shown.
Purge Learning Records Using HDL
Use the HDL Learning Record business object to permanently remove learning records so that they no longer appear to administrators or in reporting. This allows you to remove any unwanted learning record data.
HDL Learning Record Business Object Enhancements
Use the new HDL Learning Record business object enhancements, which enable you to:
- Update an offering learning record status from Withdrawn to Deleted.
- Update a learning record status from Active to Deleted for any learning item type.
These new capabilities let you easily update learning records directly to Deleted status, so that they disappear from self-service view.
Import eLearning Completion Details with Renewals Using HDL
Use HDL to load eLearning completion details for renewing course assignments. This enables learners to review the eLearning content of their past completion for a course.
Support for Skillsoft and LinkedIn Course Thumbnail Images
Notice that the learner’s visual experience with courses imported from LinkedIn or Skillsoft has been enhanced. The content providers' thumbnail images for each course are now added as the branding image on the courses created in Oracle Learning Cloud.
Automate LinkedIn and Skillsoft Catalog Update
Automate the synchronization of LinkedIn or Skillsoft courses so that your learners always have the latest updates published by these content providers.
Virtual Classroom Provider Background Process Changes
Be aware that multiple external provider synchronization jobs for WebEx and Adobe, which had the same names, have been consolidated into a single job to simplify configuration tasks. The new job is called Virtual Classroom External Provider Synchronization.
Activity Views in HCM Mobile Offline Learning App
Use the new activity views in the HCM Mobile offline learning app to quickly see the activities that still need to be completed. You can view:
- Things to Finish - This is the default view until the assignment status is Completed.
- All Activities - Shows all sections and activities, regardless of course activity assignment status.
- Completed Activities - Shows all the sections and activities in Completed status. The view defaults to this mode once a specialization assignment status is Complete.

Enhanced User Experience for Disabled Communication Channels
Inform candidates why a communication channel can't be modified in the application flow. A Tooltip displays explaining that email or phone number can only be edited in candidate self-service.
Priority of Contact Information Block in Talent Community Flow
Give more priority to the Contact Information block in a Talent Community flow. Candidates will now see the full block with headline and instructions without the need to expand the Show more fields section. The Profile Import option will be moved above the block.
Candidates and Candidate Job Applications
Ex-Workers Can Add National Identifiers and Date of Birth
Allow your ex-employees, ex-contingent workers, and contingent workers treated as external candidates to add their national identifier and date of birth in their job applications. Those candidate types can view their national identifier and date of birth that were previously added to their profile. They can't edit them, but they can add new ones.
Autocomplete Rule for Offer on Worker Assignment Business Object
Enhance ability to create autocomplete rules for the assignment business object during offer creation. You can now configure rule conditions to read values from the job requisition and compare it with the values entered or defaulted in the offer assignment. For example, validate if the job entered in the assignment section matches with the job (if present) in the job requisition, if not display an error message.
Banners for Job Offer Approval
Track how job offers are moving through the approval process by viewing banners and clicking on links to get more details. Initiators and observers can see who is next to approve an offer, and approvers can take action on their offers, from the informative banners shown on the job application's Details and Offer tabs. Also, new banners on these tabs explain any errors that prevented the offer from being extended to the candidate.
Job Offers Can Include Delayed Compensation
Configure job offers with individual compensation plans allocated synchronously with the projected start date. You can promise individual compensation plans to the candidate on the same day that their new assignment begins, or a certain number of days or weeks after.
Job Offers for Temporary Assignments
Create job offers for internal candidates who will take a temporary assignment elsewhere in the company.
Job Requisition List in Position Details
View the active job requisitions related to a position from within the position details.
Required Sections During Job Requisition Creation
Ensure some job requisition sections are accessed when users are creating a new job requisition.
Responsibilities and Qualifications in Job Requisitions
Define responsibilities and qualifications for a job requisition so that this information is displayed to candidates when they apply to this requisition.
Background Check Partner National Identifier Updates
Enhance the user experience of partners who send national identifiers. Partners can now send new values for all external candidates, including ex-workers and contingent considered as external candidates.

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence is a real time, self-service reporting solution offered to all Oracle Cloud application users to create ad hoc reports and analyze them for daily decision-making. You can view succession information about managers and their direct reports to determine if the current succession planning is adequate or needs to be enhanced. Additionally, you can add employees to existing plans or create new plans for them.
Offering and Specialization Activity Completion Sequencing
Be among the first to enforce the order in which learners must complete offering or specialization activities, and which activities are required to be completed or can optionally be completed by learners.
Learning Initiatives Background Processing Changes
Be among the first to use a new scheduled process to expand and reconcile learning initiatives independently from recommendation initiatives and access groups.
Apply Learning Initiative Renewal Rule Changes to Existing Learning Records
Be among the first to change the renewal frequency or renewal period for all learners participating in a learning initiative. Administrators can now change these rules on the initiative, and choose to apply them to all existing learning records in addition to new records to be created.
Option Skip Learning Assignment Creation Instead of Auto-Completing
Be among the first to use the new option in the advanced rules step of assignment creation that lets you skip the creation of learning records for learners who have already successfully completed a learning item. This provides administrators with an alternative to the automatic completion that occurs when assigning learners some learning they have already completed.
