Create Generic Surveys using Questionnaires
Create ad hoc, generic surveys using questionnaires. You can now create these questionnaires for collecting feedback or responses without linking them to HCM product flows. For example, you can create an organization-wide annual survey to gather employee feedback on specific functions or organization metrics.
Oracle Career Development provides tools for workers and managers to manage their career interests and development plans. These tools include recommendations on roles based on workers’ qualifications, comparisons to target roles and required development needs for workers. You can establish development goals and manage development progress, by managing the roles of interest for the worker and comprehensive development plan for workers.
You can now manage your near and long-term career development strategies using a development plan. Based on your role permissions, you can create and manage your development goals within your development plan. You can tag goals with Development Intents. Development Intents are tags that allow you to organize and track your goal towards future development.
Add Contextual Notes to a Development Goal
Enable Development Goal Notes feature in the Setup and Maintenance work area to allow Career Development users to add contextual notes directly to an employee's development goal. You can also notify managers and employees when notes are added to or deleted from an employee's development goal.
Add Learning to a Development Goal When Approvals Are Enabled
Associate learning with a development goal even when approvals are enabled for Career Development.
Career Development Approval Transaction Aging Policy
Determine as an Administrator the aging policy for maintaining development goal approval transactions that haven't been submitted for approval by the initiator or acted upon by Approvers.
Oracle Talent Review is an analytic product enabling your organization to review and evaluate data from the profile, performance, goals, career development, and compensation management solutions.
View All Ethnicities of a Worker on the Dashboard 
Leverage the enhanced ethnicity display option on the talent review dashboard and view all ethnicities of members of the review population. If a reviewee has more than one ethnicity defined in their human resources record, you can see all ethnicities when you select the Ethnicity display option.
Oracle Succession Management helps to create succession plans to replace key personnel. Succession plans identify workers who are ready now, or can develop the necessary skills, for jobs and positions that aren't currently vacant, insuring, a smooth transition and help you to manage candidate development.
Send Succession Notifications Based on Data Security
Limit the recipients of succession notifications by sending notifications about assignment changes of plan candidates only to the plan owners who have data security access to the candidates.
Additional Design Studio Support for Succession Plan and Talent Pool Pages
Use the additional succession plan and talent pool attributes that are now included in Transaction Design Studio and enhance the configuration of succession plan and talent pool pages according to your organizational needs.
Section-Level Save on Succession Plan and Talent Pool Pages
Use the section-level Save buttons to immediately save the changes that you make in each section when you edit a succession plan or talent pool. Note that the section-level Save buttons replace the page-level Save button on the succession plan and talent pool pages.
Oracle Profile Management provides a common foundation for the talent suite of products and other Oracle Cloud applications to retrieve, insert, and update talent profile information. Profile Management also supports the HR specialists, line managers, matrix managers, and employees in performing critical HR talent functions. Managing people and job profiles, career planning functions, managing, and tracking talent data can be also done through Profile Management.
Provide Feedback for Other Workers Quick Action and Deep Link 
Encourage your workforce to provide feedback for other workers by leveraging the Provide Feedback quick action. Using this feature, workers can easily search for other workers and quickly provide feedback for them. Additionally, leverage the deep link for the Provide Feedback quick action.
Oracle Goal Management enables you to transform business objectives into goals across various organization levels, providing a clear line of sight from managers to employees. Business leaders can communicate high-level initiatives which managers can translate into goals for their employees.
Goal Management Approval Transaction Aging Policy
Determine the aging policy for maintaining performance goal approval transactions that haven't been submitted for approval by the initiator.
Locate goals in a goal plan easily by taking advantage of the additional sort options. You can now also sort goals in a goal plan by goal category and priority.
Oracle Performance Management supports features and functions for measuring and reporting worker performance.
Substitute Performance Document Evaluators 
Facilitate HR Specialists completing manager evaluations and other tasks on behalf of managers without transferring performance documents. You can also complete self-evaluations and other employee tasks on of behalf of employees who don't have access to the system.
Multi-Threaded Eligibility Batch Process
Speed up the performance of your application using the new multi-threaded Eligibility Batch Process for performance documents and check-ins. Previously, the process was single threaded and if you're a large organization or one with complex eligibility, then it probably took a long time to complete.
Information Banners on HR Admin Pages
Provide an extra bit of help for HR specialists by displaying an information banner on the administration pages for Performance Management. The banners include guidance on how to use the pages to perform certain actions.
Notification for Automatically Populated Matrix Manager Participants In Performance Documents 
Improve communication to automatically populated matrix manager participants in performance documents, so that they can start providing feedback, with a new notification. The application sends a notification when the employee's performance document is created.
View More Details for Goals In Check-Ins 
Enhance the user's experience for goals included in a check-in by viewing all the goal details, including the notes added in other check-ins or those added directly through the goal. You can also now edit goals in the check-in and trigger or show approvals, if enabled.
Request Feedback from Peers and Direct Reports 
Select from a list of peers and direct reports easily when sending a feedback request. Workers can see a list of their peers while managers can see a list of their peers and direct reports. They can decide whom to select as feedback providers from these lists.
Allow Workers to Choose to View Requested Feedback 
Allow workers to decide if they want to view the responses received for requested feedback. At the time of sending a feedback request, they can decide if they want to view the responses received from feedback providers on the Feedback page.
Control Managers Visibility of Employee Performance Documents
Decide if managers can view all the performance documents of employees they have access to using the Manage Performance Document Data privilege. Without this privilege, managers can access the performance documents they manage only.
Create Performance Documents For Worker Assignments Without Associated Jobs
Create a performance document for employees who don't have a job associated to their assignment, and avoid creating a dummy job for them.
