Oracle Performance Management supports features and functions for measuring and reporting worker performance.
Manage Performance Document Participant Feedback Requests by HR Specialists
Facilitate HR specialists to manage participant feedback requests for employees' performance documents. HR Specialists can now perform actions such as, adding questions, and tracking the request status, even if those actions haven't been enabled for the manager in the performance process flow.
Edit General Discussion Topic Name In Check-Ins
Enhance the user's experience for general discussion topics included in a check-in by allowing them to edit the name.

Survey employees with our Questionnaires.
Provide users with helpful information and additional context when configuring questions. You can add this information using a new Instructions text box which provides formatting capabilities and allows you to embed URLs.
Oracle Career Development provides tools for workers and managers to manage their career interests and development plans. These tools include recommendations on roles based on workers’ qualifications, comparisons to target roles and required development needs for workers. You can establish development goals and manage development progress, by managing the roles of interest for the worker and comprehensive development plan for workers.
You can now manage your near and long-term career development strategies using a development plan. Based on your role permissions, you can create and manage your development goals within your development plan. You can tag goals with Development Intents. Development Intents are tags that allow you to organize and track your goal towards future development.
Configure Development Goal Library List of Values
Enhance searching for development goals that users can add from the goal library by configuring the Search and Display and Search Only fields in Transaction Design Studio.
Simulate Development Goal Approval Rules
Simulate and test development goal approval rules on the Approval Rules page in the Transaction Console. You can now test rules without having to recreate and submit any new transactions. This enhances the approval rules creation and testing process for development goals.
Oracle Talent Review is an analytic product enabling your organization to review and evaluate data from the profile, performance, goals, career development, and compensation management solutions.
Custom Talent Ratings in Talent Review 
Leverage custom ratings in Talent Review by including up to five additional ratings that you define according to your business needs. As of this release, Talent Review supports viewing and calibrating custom ratings as part of the review meeting process.
Enhanced Management of Talent Review Tasks
Enhance the management of talent review tasks by viewing the tasks each meeting reviewee has been assigned in the table view of the meeting dashboard. You can now quickly see which reviewees have tasks assigned in the table view. Additionally, as of this release, managers can access their direct reports' task information on the Prepare Review Content page.
Disposal of Talent Review Data From HCM Cloud
Delete data of terminated employees from Talent Review records when you run the Data Disposal process. You can now delete meeting facilitators, participants and reviewees as part of the data disposal process. Prior to this release, employee data was masked during the data disposal process.
HCM Data Loader Enhancements for Talent Review
Delete terminated facilitators and terminated meeting participants using HCM Data Loader.
Location Search Criteria Enhancement in Talent Review
Refine your talent review population search by leveraging the location search criteria in the talent review meeting configuration that only displays locations flagged as employee locations. Prior to this release, the location search contained all locations that have been configured in the locations table.
Oracle Succession Management helps to create succession plans to replace key personnel. Succession plans identify workers who are ready now, or can develop the necessary skills, for jobs and positions that aren't currently vacant, insuring, a smooth transition and help you to manage candidate development.
HCM Data Loader Enhancements for Succession Management
Delete terminated succession plan owners and terminated talent pool owners using HCM Data Loader.
Data Disposal Enhancement for Succession Management
Delete data of terminated employees from succession plan and talent pool records when you run the Data Disposal tool. You can now delete succession plan and talent pool owners information as part of the data disposal process. Prior to this release, employee data was masked during the data disposal process.
Oracle Profile Management provides a common foundation for the talent suite of products and other Oracle Cloud applications to retrieve, insert, and update talent profile information. Profile Management also supports the HR specialists, line managers, matrix managers, and employees in performing critical HR talent functions. Managing people and job profiles, career planning functions, managing, and tracking talent data can be also done through Profile Management.
Add User Defined Talent Ratings for Talent Profile and Talent Review
Add up to 5 user defined talent ratings to be evaluated and viewed from within the Talent Ratings and Talent Review pages.
Oracle Goal Management enables you to transform business objectives into goals across various organization levels, providing a clear line of sight from managers to employees. Business leaders can communicate high-level initiatives which managers can translate into goals for their employees.
Configure Performance Goal Library List of Values
Enhance searching for performance goals that users can add from the goal library by configuring the Search and Display and Search Only fields in the Search Configuration tab of Transaction Design Studio.
Autocomplete Rules for Goal Management Business Objects 
Improve the user experience by using the delivered rules on the goals management business objects. The delivered rules include definitions for:
- Updating the performance goal completion percentage based on the performance goal status
- Updating the performance goal status based on the performance goal completion percentage
- Validating performance goal completion percentage
- Validating performance goal dates
- Validating performance goal weight

Oracle Performance Management supports features and functions for measuring and reporting worker performance.
Maximum Number of Participants to Provide Feedback in Performance Documents 
Control the total number of participants and participants per role that you can request to provide feedback in performance documents. Helps prevent excessive feedback requests being sent and encourages a more thoughtful selection. You can also now enforce the minimum number of participants required to provide feedback rather than it only being a guide.
Additional Filters to Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents 
Use additional filters to help target a population when processing mass actions for performance documents. You can now use the Current Task filter when completing, canceling and printing performance documents, and the Document Status filter when canceling or printing performance documents.
Print Multiple Performance Documents By Managers 
See that managers can now select and print up to 10 performance documents at the same time from the Evaluate Performance manager page. They can generate a combined PDF of the selected performance documents and print it.
Manage Eligibility for Check-In Templates 
Check, view, and override employee's eligibility for check-in templates using the same functionality already available for performance documents for HR Specialists.
Manager Actions in the Performance Document 
Bypass Worker Self-Evaluation and Return to Worker actions when managers view an employee's performance documents. These actions still remain available on the Evaluate Performance manager page.
Mass Change Performance Document Task Due Dates 
Change quickly the performance document task due dates for large populations using the Mass Process for Performance Documents HR Specialist task. You can still perform this action for individuals or smaller groups using the Performance Documents HR Specialist task.
Data Loader Support for Performance Document Section Ratings and Comments 
Facilitate mass loading of section ratings and comments for overall, performance goal, development goal and competency sections in performance documents, using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader or HCM Data Loader. Use this feature to enter historical ratings or where mass calibration of ratings is required.
Control Visibility of Employee Check-in Documents
Decide if managers can view all the check-in documents of employees they have access to using the View Check-In Document Data privilege. Without this privilege, managers can only access the check-in documents they manage.

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence provides human resources managers and specialists, business executives, and line managers the critical workforce information to analyze workforce costs, staffing, compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee benefits.

New Attributes in Workforce Performance Subject Areas
Enhance your reporting on workforce performance subject areas with the inclusion of attributes to report on the reasons associated with the changes to performance document status and changes in due dates associated with performance tasks.
Reporting on Profile Content Item Attachments
Enhance your reporting on attachments associated with profile content items that have the new attributes added in the Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time subject area.
Talent Controlled Availability
Features under this heading are under the Controlled Availability Program. The Controlled Availability Program is a program for early testing and feedback of features, before they are included into the product line. You must request and be accepted into the Controlled Availability Programs to use these features. Please see the What's New for more information on being part of these programs. NOTE: These features are not generally available to customers, customers must be approved to use these features. When these features are generally available to all customers they will be announced under their product area headings.
Succession Organization Chart Enhancements
Extend the use of the succession organization chart by viewing all of a manager’s reports who have succession plans in an organization chart format. Prior to this release, managers and HR Specialists were only able to view a manager’s direct reports who have plans or who do not have plans in an organization chart format.
Also note that as of this release, you don't need to enable Oracle Search to use the succession organization chart. Additionally, the succession organization chart now supports assignment level security.
