Standardization of Button Logic in Responsive Time Cards
Streamline the action button logic in responsive time cards by displaying all available and unavailable actions the person can do, based on their time entry profile and their security setup, and the time card status. Possible actions include print, delete, save and close, submit, approve and reject.
Integration with the Delete Assignment Process in Global Human Resources
Prevent the successful deletion of a secondary assignment when the assignment has time cards. Require people to manually delete the time cards or time entries reported for the assignment, then run the process again.
This deletion prevention also applies to the Local and Global Transfer and Mass Legal Employer Change processes if a future assignment exists with time cards. And again, require that these time cards get manually deleted so that the processes run successfully.
Enhanced Oracle Time and Payroll Reconciliation Extract
Extract time and payroll information using the enhanced Time and Payroll Info for Reconciliation extract where a new parameter lets you extract both reconciled and nonreconciled information, or only nonreconciled information. Also, the extract now includes assignment statuses, parameter settings, run information, and the option to extract everything in the XLS format.
Team Schedule Self-Service Pages Enhancements
Filter on offer and pending worker assignments, on team schedules. When they can access multiple assignments, line managers and time and labor managers can now filter on offer and pending worker assignments. Individuals can't access their peers offer and pending assignments.
Generate Time Cards Enhancement
Access the Generate Time Cards task from the Tasks panel tab of the Time Management work area or using the new quick action.
