Change Audit Support for Enhanced Time Cards

Audit and review any changes to enhanced time card entries and statuses. You can specify to start the audit trail from the first manual change to the enhanced time card, after the first submission for approval, or after the first approval. You can also indicate whether individuals and managers need to select the reason for their changes.

Enhanced Time Card Editing for In Error or Incomplete Statuses

Edit enhanced time cards with in error and incomplete statuses. Depending on their time entry profiles, individuals can fix incomplete entries when they didn't clock in or out, and also edit any other entry. Managers can always edit such time cards.

Work Day Definition Support for Enhanced Time Cards

Ensure that people can report time on their enhanced time card for the period containing the related earned date. The earned date is determined by their work day definition. The enhanced time card supports these rules: split, start day and stop day.

Time Card Processing Enhancement for Deleted Time Entries

Transfer deleted time entries along with the approved time cards. Previously, deleted time could transfer ahead of the corresponding time card.

Layout Components Setup Enhancement

Use layout-level maximums for time card field data types, including multiattribute fields, instead of site-level when you enable the unified time entry experience. In the nonunified experience, you can use up to 20 multiattribute time card fields across all your layout sets.

Time Card Enhancement to Support Optional Project Role Time Attribute

Configure appropriate time cards to include the Project Role time attribute so that people can report time accordingly. The reported Project Role time can then be transferred to Project Costing for billing.

Enhanced Time Card Support for Defaulting Specific Values

Specify a value to default on enhanced time cards when you configure a time card field.

Employee Calendar

Let workers use the employee calendar page re-created with the Redwood tool set Visual Builder Studio when you enable it along with the Redwood experience. The calendar gives them a complete overview of their schedules, including work hours, time off, and holidays. And it lets them view events for a day, week, or month, and in list views for convenience.
