Average Weekly Earnings for Absences
Store the average weekly earnings of employees each time you enter an absence related to Maternity, Paternity or Adoption so that the payment formula can access it for calculations. For absences created prior to this change, on re-evaluation of the absence, the average weekly earnings would be recalculated and stored by the payment formula.

Use the multi-threaded Assign Corrective Life Events Process to improve performance. Previously, the Assign Corrective Potential Life Event process was single threaded and typically completed processing in less than an hour. However, for large organizations where person selection formula is used, completion can take much longer. To resolve this, the process is now multi-threaded.

Configurable Salary Error Conditions for Grade Step Progression Batch Processes
Minimize manual corrections by disabling errors that otherwise occur when a grade step progression batch process finds a conflict with a salary transaction date. You can now configure the grade step progression batch processes to allow salary updates even if a salary record already exists on the same or future date.
Transactions Pending Approval Checked While Loading Salary
Specify whether to include or exclude a salary record in the salary HCM Data Load process when related salary is pending approval either in a standalone salary transaction or as part of Global HR transactions, such as Promote or Transfer, that include salary changes.
Post Compensation Allocations Separately by Type
Post compensation allocations by these types: elements, salary, stock, and promotions. You must post all items of one type for a worker in one batch.
Restrict Performance Documents by Period
Limit which performance management rating a compensation plan uses by review period.

Limit your team size to 500 or less when in the tree view to use the Expand All or Collapse All on the worksheet.
Change to Cross Plan Updates in The Start and Refresh Processes
Run the Start Compensation Cycle or Refresh Data batch processes for a master plan, the application updates only the direct child plans.
Sort visible worksheet rows by currency. If the user selects worker local currency and sorts the worksheet, rows are sorted as per local currency. If the user selects corporate, or their preferred currency, and sorts the worksheet, rows are sorted as per the selected.
Validate Element Input Values in Individual Compensation Pages
Run validations defined for element input values, when creating or changing individual compensation.
Receive Warning When Changing Currency Conversion Rates
Receive a warning message reminding you to run the Refresh process when you make changes to currency conversion rates in Manage Active Plans. Due to a scheduling issue, this feature did not make it in Update 19B, but is here for 19C.
Mark Assignments as Processed or Partially Processed
Mark assignments as processed or partially processed as a part of the Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR process. Administrators can also update the processing status for a worker in the administer workers task.

Disable the Edit button in the Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher notifications for salary and individual compensation approvals.

Display All Hours in Payroll Reports
Set the ‘Display All Hours’ parameter on the report submission page to ‘Yes’ to report hours from Supplemental Earnings and other element classifications. By default, only hours from Regular or Standard Earnings and Absence Earnings are shown in the payroll reports to match with standard working hours.
Data Security in Payroll Data Validation Report
Configure the Payroll Data Validation Report to run based on the data security of the user who submits the report. For example, if a user has access to only one out of the two Tax Reporting Units (TRUs), the report can be configured to report data only for that TRU. By default, the report runs as an elevated user and is secured through the list of values on the report parameters.
Payroll and Time Definition List of Values REST API
Select a payroll or overtime period using a REST API. For example, use the payroll REST API to display a list of payroll definitions that are allocated to an employee or used to submit a payroll flow. FPS Process to Update Tax Code For Payments Made After Termination
Automatic update of the tax code and tax basis by the Full Payment Submission (FPS) process after a P45 is issued for a terminated employee. The process updates the tax code and tax basis to the same values used during the PAYE calculation of a payment. Use the new field Enable FPS to update tax code if payment after P45 to set this option on the PSU and TRU Statutory Deduction calculation card.
Pensions Automatic Enrolment Enhancement to Support Multiple Assignments
Define pension elements to allow for multiple entries. The Pension Payroll ID is available on the Pension component in the Benefits and Pension Calculation Card. This ID is automatically generated by the Pensions Automatic Enrolment process. Or, you can enter this manually when creating a Benefits and Pension card.
LGPS - Additional Pension Contributions
Enhanced element template for pre-statutory deductions with a new secondary classification Additional Pension Contributions Pre-Statutory. You can use this to create the required elements and associated objects for LGPS-specific additional pension contributions.

Enhanced Federal Tax Withholding for Supplemental Earnings
Simplify Federal Income Tax (FIT) withholding calculations for supplemental earnings through enhanced look-back processing. The payroll process now evaluates an employee’s FIT withholding across the prior and current years. If it finds the person does not have FIT withheld from their wages, it taxes their supplemental earnings using the aggregate tax method instead of the flat 22 percent rate.
Periodic Archive and Payslip Enhancement for Overtime Calculation
Improved data capture and display of employee overtime information. You can now choose to capture employee overtime rate calculation information on the periodic archive. If you do so, this information displays on the enhanced payslip template.
