Oracle CX for Financial Services enables financial institutions to modernize their branches and digitalize customer experience. With a single 360° view of customer information and interactions, banks can build a personalized relationship with each customer and offer financial products and services that best suit a customer’s unique needs. Banks can automate the process of identifying, nurturing, and creating referrals to cross-sell products across any channel, including social, mobile, and web. Enhance Contact Financial Profile
Ability to build the complete financial profile of the contact with details such as customer classification, age, desired retirement age, years to retirement, tax bracket, tax status, annual income, and annual expenses. Enhancement also includes investment-related details such as investment horizon, investment experience, investment strategy, and risk tolerance.
Steps to Enable
To enhance the financial profile for contact:
- Configure the contact layout for retail banking.
- Configure the contact layout for commercial banking.
