Overview

Oracle CX for Financial Services enables financial institutions to modernize their branches and digitalize customer experience. With a single 360° view of customer information and interactions, banks can build a personalized relationship with each customer and offer financial products and services that best suit a customer’s unique needs. Banks can automate the process of identifying, nurturing, and creating referrals to cross-sell products across any channel, including social, mobile, and web. With Needs Analysis banks can also provide guided selling and self-service personalized product recommendations, in addition to streamlining the customer onboarding and account origination processes.

This guide outlines the information you need to know about new or improved functionality in this update, and describes any tasks you might need to perform for the update. Each section includes a brief description of the feature, the steps you need to take to enable or begin using the feature, any tips or considerations that you should keep in mind, and the resources available to help you.

Customers Upgrading from Release 12

If you're upgrading from Release 12 to Release 13, then you should review all of the release readiness content for Release 13 (update 17D) to learn about all of the features available in release 13.

Limit Storage of Financial Account Transactions Data

Limit the storage of financial transactions data history for performance reasons. System administrator can now run a scheduled process to delete any financial transaction records beyond supplied number of days. The default value for number of days to retain is ninety days.

Drill Down in Top Five Products for Opportunity and Lead Reports

Ability to drill down in the reports for the top five products for opportunity and lead. The top five products are identified based on the amount in leads and opportunities. Bankers can see the the top five revenue generating products for leads and opportunities. This information is critical for banks to understand which kind of products they must support and promote.
