Responsys Event Notifications (REN) are now available. This is an update to the Oracle Responsys Notification Service for Undelivered Transactional Emails with improved features.
Using this updated service, you can subscribe to selected events of your Responsys account to receive event notifications when the selected events occur in Responsys. These events are related to the SMS channel, Push channel, and Email channel.

- Fetch the count of a profile list with query parameters
- Retrieve the fields associated with a list
- Exit all enactments from an program
- Retrieve a list of email domain rules for a particular account.
- Retrieve the footer settings of an account
- Retrieve all filters associated with an account
The REST API to delete contact list using key values has been enhanced.
A new Facebook Custom Audiences app is now available. Using this app, you can populate and depopulate custom audiences on Facebook. This allows both the email and social strategies the potential to reach the same target audience and have a stronger overall impact to marketing initiatives.

A new AppCloud App Manager role is now available for accounts that have CX Apps (AppCloud/App management) enabled. This role should be assigned to users who have access to programs and want to use apps in programs. For existing users, this role must be manually assigned by the account administrator to enable them to use apps in programs.
Campaign Designer Generally Available
Campaign Designer will be generally available (enabled for all accounts) in mid-June, after the 20B update is deployed. This update replaces the Campaign Workbook interfaces for all channels supported by Campaign Designer. This change does not affect Classic Campaigns.
Campaign Performance Report for Local Marketers
Users with the Express Email Campaign Manager role are now able to view the list of campaigns created and launched by them in the past 30 days.
Performance metrics such as sends, opens, and so on, are available. You can search for campaigns that were recently launched, as well as sort and filter them.
IMPORTANT: Collaboration must be enabled for your account in order to use this feature.
Addition of Query String Parameter
The _di_ query string parameter will now be added to all links, forms, and view in browser URLs generated by Responsys as a security feature to insure that the URLs are not tampered with after they are generated. Any changes to the query string (including to the _di_ parameter) after the URL is generated will render the URL invalid.
Customers who want to expand their digital marketing using SMS channel, now have the option to add an SMS full service package along with their Oracle Responsys interactions. As part of this package, Oracle will take care of the SMS aggregator partnerships needed for SMS delivery. You won't have the operational overhead of identifying and contracting with regional partners. Oracle Responsys teams will procure codes and manage services with the best vendors specific to each region.
IMPORTANT: This feature is available as part of an add-on that must be ordered for your account. Please contact your account manager or Oracle sales.

Campaign Performance Reporting for Message Center Message Launches

This feature is located in the Performance> Message Center section of the Mobile Apps channel area in Interactive Dashboards.
You can measure campaign performance based on the following campaign launch metrics: Sent, Skipped, and Failed.
You can also measure campaign performance based on the following user engagement metrics: Message Displays, Message Opens, and Clicks within Additional Rich HTML Content.

High Priority Messages to Android Devices
You can now send high priority messages to Android devices using the Push Message Designer. When you select a delivery priority of High Priority, Google attempts delivery of the message immediately, even when a device is sleeping (in Doze mode). This will ensure timely delivery of push notifications to a device that is in doze mode.
We recommend that you update your mobile applications to Oracle Responsys Mobile SDK for Android 6.44.0 / 20A or later. This version has enhanced ability to display notifications when an Android device is in Doze or when the app is in App Standby Mode.
