- Select a combination of (1) and (2) above, that determines the best campaign, channel, and time for a recipient.

ACTION REQUIRED: RESPONSYS ANDROID PUSH SDK CUSTOMERS USING FIREBASE CLOUD MESSAGING SDK VERSION 21.0.0 OR LATER MUST EXPLICITLY DECLARE THE GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES DEPENDENCY
Before you build your Android app with Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM SDK (firebase-messaging:21.0.0 onwards), you must explicitly declare the Google Play services dependency (com.google.android.gms:play-services-base:16.1.0).
If your mobile app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging v21.0.0 onwards and the Google Play services dependency is not found, it will break key Responsys functionalities. Your mobile app will stop receiving push notifications from Responsys. Potential impacts include:
- Device registrations for your mobile app users will not be updated in Responsys.
- Some of your mobile app users may stop receiving push notifications.
